(Prior art) For road roller tires, the tread portion is damaged by stones etc. when the road surface is leveled, and the appearance is damaged, and light oil is sprayed to prevent the asphalt from adhering to the tire during asphalt paving, and the tread portion or side portions are oiled. In many cases, swelling causes uneven rolling and makes work difficult. Therefore, the tread portion or side portion of the road roller tire is required to have oil swelling resistance and appearance as its quality.

In particular, the oil swelling of the tread portion causes a problem that the tread shape changes due to the oil swelling of the tread, resulting in non-uniformity at the time of rolling and making the tread smoothing work difficult.
Further, not only a large injury on the tread portion directly damages the tire case portion to make it into a waste product, but also a small injury causes the injury to grow further due to the oil swelling and accelerates the case damage.

Therefore, conventionally, as a rubber applied to the tread portion of a tire for a road roller, a general styrene-butadiene copolymer having a relatively good oil swelling resistance among general-purpose rubbers as a rubber component in order to reduce oil swelling. It was well known that rubber (for example, SBR # 1500 manufactured by Nippon Synthetic Rubber Co., Ltd.) was applied, or that the mesh density of the rubber was increased to further harden the rubber to improve oil swelling resistance. .

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in a general styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber, the effect of improving the oil swelling resistance is small, and increasing the network density of the rubber to make the rubber harder increases the appearance due to external damage. It is not preferable because it significantly decreases.

After all, in the past, the tread rubber and the side rubber of the road roller tire had to be manufactured at a compromise point between the two.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The inventors of the present invention have conducted diligent research to solve the above problems imposed on road roller tires, and as a result, have a specific composition of a rubber component, a specific carbon black, and a process oil. Further, they have found that the oil swelling resistance and the appearance can be remarkably improved by forming the tread portion or the side portion of the road roller tire with a rubber composition in which a resin is combined, and have completed the present invention.

That is, the tire for a road roller of the present invention has a rubber component consisting of a styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber alone or at least 60% by weight or more of a styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber and another diene rubber, and Rubber component 10 with a total styrene content of 25-60 wt%

(Operation) 60 to 100 parts by weight of styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber is blended as a rubber component of the rubber composition according to the present invention, and the total styrene content in all rubber components is 25 to 60% by weight. The reason is that the oil swelling resistance and the appearance are compatible only under such conditions. That is, if the total styrene content is less than 25% by weight or the compounding amount of styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber is less than 60 parts by weight, the effect of improving oil swelling resistance is small, while if the styrene content exceeds 60% by weight, workability and molding are improved. The workability will be deteriorated and the productivity of the factory will be greatly impaired.

Further, lowering the volume fraction of the rubber component in the rubber composition is good for the oil swelling resistance. For this reason, N 2 SA of 60-
150m 2 / g, preferably 80~130m 2 / g, DBP is 70~160ml / 100
To further improve oil swelling resistance and appearance by adding 40 to 90 parts by weight, preferably 50 to 80 parts by weight, to 100 parts by weight of the rubber component of hard carbon black, preferably 90 to 140 ml / 100 g. You can When N 2 SA of such carbon black is less than 60 m 2 / g or DBP is less than 70 ml / 100 g, the appearance of the tire is deteriorated, while N 2 SA is 150 m
If it exceeds 2 / g or the DBP exceeds 160 ml / 100 g, rubber scorching tends to occur, which is not preferable in terms of workability. If the amount of carbon black is less than 40 parts by weight, both oil swelling resistance and appearance cannot be achieved at the same time, whereas if it exceeds 90 parts by weight, rubber scorching occurs, which is not preferable in terms of workability.

Furthermore, in the present invention, a process oil or a softening agent (resin) is added to the rubber component 100 in order to improve the oil swelling resistance.
It is necessary to add 5 to 50 parts by weight, preferably 10 to 40 parts by weight to the parts by weight. If the addition amount is less than 5 parts by weight, charring tends to occur, which is not preferable in terms of workability, while if it is more than 50 parts by weight, the appearance is deteriorated.

The oil swelling resistance and the appearance were evaluated for the trial tires in which each rubber composition having the compounding ratio (parts by weight) shown in Table 1 below was applied to the tread portion and the side portion of the tire of size 750-15. . The oil swelling resistance was evaluated by immersing the trial tire in light oil for one month, and the appearance was evaluated by the appearance after traveling 500 km on a bad road surface. In each case, the evaluation was made in 5 grades of A, B, C, D and E. The results obtained are also shown in Table 1 below.
