備えた2個の付勢係合部材を、それらの係合部が前記開
口部に挿入されたレール取付金具の挿通孔両端の下部側
に付勢係合するように、開口部の両側に相対向させて前
記底板部の下方に配置して、前記レール取付金具を下方
に付勢させて型枠に締結させるように構成すると共に、
前記スプリングを、前記締結がコンクリート枕木の脱型
によって解除されるようなスプリング力に設定してある
