2. Description of the Related Art Generally, a valve device for an aerosol can has a flexible dip tube made of synthetic resin or the like suspended from a valve body having a valve body and a valve seat portion built therein.
A weight member is attached to the tip of the dip tube, and a tip port of the dip tube is opened on the bottom surface (tip surface) of the weight member. The valve device seals the aerosol can by caulkingly connecting to the mouth of the aerosol can together with the mountain cap integrally connected to the valve body. In this mounted state, the tip port is immersed in the contents of the can near the bottom of the aerosol can together with the weight member.

Some aerosol cans are filled with carbon dioxide gas or the like in addition to the liquid contents in order to increase the internal pressure. The carbon dioxide gas pressure filling is performed by filling the aerosol cans with the contents. After that, it is performed by a valve device caulked and connected to an aerosol can. At the time of pressure filling of carbon dioxide gas from the valve device, the pressure rises by dissolving carbon dioxide gas in the liquid that is the content in order to avoid the internal pressure of the aerosol can rising rapidly above the specified pressure due to the gas filling. It is necessary to suppress it.
On the other hand, since carbon dioxide gas is ejected from the tip port of the dip tube into the contents, the carbon dioxide gas is dissolved in the contents to some extent, but often not enough. For this reason, conventionally, the aerosol can is shaken from the outside to stir the contents, so that the carbon dioxide gas is easily dissolved in the contents.

However, in this case, a separate device for shaking the aerosol can from the outside is required, and the structure of the carbon dioxide pressure filling device and the filling line becomes complicated. The present invention has been made by paying attention to the above-mentioned problems, and a pressure gas such as carbon dioxide gas can be added to an aerosol can while stirring the contents without requiring a device for shaking the aerosol can from the outside. It is an object of the present invention to provide a valve device for an aerosol can which is improved so that it can be pressure-filled well.

A weight member 19 is attached to the tip of the aerosol can 1 that is suspended from the valve body 5. The weight member 19 has the dip tube 17 inserted into the blind hole 21, and the tip port formed by the lateral hole 23 extending in the same direction as the radial direction of the dip tube 17 between the blind hole 21 and the outer surface of the weight member 19. 25 is open to the side surface of the weight member 19. As a result, the dip tube 17 communicates with the inside of the aerosol can 1 only by the tip port 25 having a side opening.

The pressure filling of carbon dioxide gas into the aerosol can 1 is carried out by loading the contents into the aerosol can 1 and then caulkingly connecting the stem 1 of the valve device 3 to the aerosol can 1.
It is carried out in the reverse flow method from No. 3. When carbon dioxide gas is pressure-filled in the aerosol can 1 from the valve device 3, the carbon dioxide gas is jetted from the tip port 25 opening on the side surface of the weight member 19, so that the jet reaction force is generated.
Acts on the weight member 19 as a radial force (thrust).
Therefore, the weight member 19 is suspended from the dip tube 17 and immersed in the contents in the aerosol can 1, so that the weight member 19 is swung laterally together with the dip tube 17 and violently moves.

As a result, the contents are agitated in the aerosol can 1, the stirring effect is obtained without shaking the aerosol can 1 from the outside, the carbon dioxide gas is easily dissolved in the contents, and the internal pressure of the aerosol can 1 rises rapidly. This can be avoided, and the required carbon dioxide gas pressure filling can be satisfactorily performed. When carbon dioxide gas is pressure-filled at a pressure of about 25 kgf / cm 2 , the diameter of the tip port 25 may be about 0.4 to 1.0 mm. The shape of the tip port 25 is not limited to a circular shape, and may be a slit shape.

Table 1 shows the experimental results when the same equilibrium pressure was obtained by filling carbon dioxide into a container containing a water / alcohol mixture. Experiments were carried out using a valve device for an aerosol can of the present invention filled with carbon dioxide gas in a container containing contents having different water / alcohol ratios (horizontal direction) and a conventional valve device as a comparative example. This was done both when filling (below). As is apparent from the table, when carbon dioxide gas is filled by the valve device for an aerosol can of the present invention, a predetermined equilibrium pressure can be obtained at a low initial pressure value, which is an advantage of the valve device of the present invention. The sex is proven.

As can be understood from the above description, according to the valve device for an aerosol can according to the present invention, when pressure gas such as carbon dioxide gas is pressure-filled in the aerosol can from the valve device, the pressure gas is generated. Is ejected from the tip port opened on the side surface of the weight member, and the reaction force causes the weight member to be swung laterally and violently moved while being immersed in the contents in the aerosol can. The contents are agitated, the stirring effect is obtained without shaking the aerosol can from the outside, the pressure gas such as carbon dioxide gas is easily dissolved in the contents, and the pressure filling of the required pressure gas is performed well. Become. This eliminates the need for a device for shaking the aerosol can from the outside, and simplifies the structure of the carbon dioxide pressure filling device and filling line.
