も材は成形枠に規制されず、手揚げの場合と同様に自然
の状態で仕上がることになる。また天ぷらが成形枠に固
着しなくなるので、従来のような離脱作業が不要とな
る。従って食味が高くかつ高品質の天ぷらを効率良く製

成形枠は、細長い板材を弧状に湾曲した一対の分割枠を
合掌状に対面させるとともに、進行方向の一端部側で互
いに接離方向に回動可能に連結してなり、前記上ころも
投入機の後段側で前記各分割枠を所定時間接近方向に回
動させた後、該各分割枠を離間方向に回動させる分割枠
回動装置を設けたことを特徴とする天ぷらの製造装置。1.
