2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, on the roof surface of large-scale buildings such as factory facilities and gymnasiums, a metal folded plate roof made of a metal sheet with bent mountain portions is highly durable. It is becoming popular because the material is cheap and the construction cost can be reduced. When this metal folded plate is roofed on the roof surface, the roof base material is framed with H-shaped steel or the like in a direction intersecting the flow direction of the roof surface of the building. Then, a supporting frame having a substantially arcuate receiving portion fixed to the upper portion is fixed to the upper surface of the roof base material at regular intervals, and a metal folding plate is installed in the flow direction of the roof surface, that is, in the direction intersecting with the roof base material. While mounting, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the first arc portion of the first side surface of one metal folded plate is mounted on the upper surface of the receiving portion, and the second side surface of the other metal folded plate is further mounted. The second circular arc portion is mounted and engaged on the upper surface side of the first circular arc portion to form a chevron portion, and the chevron portion is supported from below by the receiving portion of the support frame.

However, while the supporting frame of the metal folded plate is erected vertically on the substantially horizontal upper surface of the roof substrate, the metal folded plate laid on the roof surface is 1/50 to 1/10 to ensure
The height of each roof substrate is set so that it can be placed on the support frame with a gradient of 0, and the receiving part at the top of the support frame is closely attached in the angled part of the metal folding plate inclined in the flow direction of the roof surface. In order to fit it, it is necessary to bend the support frame with a pipe wrench or the like so that the upper surface of the receiving portion is aligned with the angled portion of the metal folding plate laid in an inclined shape. There is a problem in that it is troublesome and that it is not possible to lay metal folding plates efficiently.

Further, the tilt guide portion has an arc surface portion provided along an arc formed with an axis intersecting with a flow direction of the metal folded plate, and the arc surface portion has a flow direction. The guide groove is opened, and a guide pin is fixed to the receiving portion for inclining and guiding the receiving portion in the flow direction while the metal folding plate is placed while penetratingly engaging the guide groove. By this, it is possible to adjust the tilt of the top receiving part of the support frame fixed to the roof base material in the flow direction of the metal folding plate,
Therefore, it is not necessary to bend and adjust the support frame so as to obtain an inclination corresponding to the flow gradient of the metal folded plate with various kinds of tools, and the work of laying the metal folded plate can be efficiently performed. Further, a guide pin fixed downward to the receiving portion is inserted and locked in a guide groove provided in the arc surface portion, which facilitates manufacturing, and further,
The guide pin can be removed from the guide groove to easily replace the receiving portion.

As described above, according to the manufacturing apparatus for laminated wood according to the first aspect of the present invention, the laminated metal is installed on the upper surface of the roof substrate, and is installed at intervals along the flow direction of the roof surface. A supporting frame of a metal folded plate for supporting a chevron portion formed by overlapping both side surfaces of a metal folded plate composed of a sheet-shaped member, wherein the roof substrate is a direction intersecting with a flow direction of the roof surface. The support frame installed on the upper surface of the roof base material is provided for the support portion fixed to the roof base material and the top portion of the support portion, and is formed on the mountain portion of the metal folding plate. A receiving part that engages from below, and guides the receiving part so that the receiving part can be tilted in the flow direction in a state where the metal folding plate is placed on the receiving part. By providing the tilt guide part to support, the support frame fixed to the roof base material The top receiving part can be tilt-adjusted in the flow direction of the metal folding plate. Therefore, it is not necessary to bend and adjust the support frame with various tools to obtain the slope corresponding to the flow gradient of the metal folding plate. The installation work can be done efficiently.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, at least the upper surface of the tilt guide portion has an arcuate curved surface, and the tilt guide portion extends along an arc formed with the direction intersecting the flow direction of the metal folding plate as an axis. Since it is composed of an arc surface provided, fine adjustment can be performed while tilting the upper surface of the receiving part according to the flow direction of the metal folding plate, and the receiving part is closely fitted to the inside of the chevron part of the metal folding plate. It is possible to reliably prevent the metal folded plate from coming off the part.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the receiving portion is provided with the circular arc supporting plate slidably engaged with the circular arc surface portion, so that the circular arc supporting plate of the receiving portion is provided on the circular arc surface portion of the supporting portion. Since it is placed, since the arcuate surfaces are in contact with each other, the tilting guide of the receiving section by the arcuate surface section is smooth, and as a result, the mountain-shaped section of the metal folding plate is pressed from above by the upper surface of the receiving section. Only by doing so, the receiving part can be fitted immediately while conforming to the flow direction in the angled part of the metal folded plate, and efficient construction can be performed.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the receiving portion includes:
Since the arc guide gap is formed so that the whole receiving part can be tilted with the arc surface part sandwiched therebetween, when the receiving part is tilted along the arc surface part, it is guided by the arc guide gap. Since the receiving portion is tilted, the metal folding plate placed on the receiving portion can be securely fitted to the support frame.

According to the fifth aspect of the invention, the receiving portion is provided with a lower support plate that supports the receiving portion from below with the arcuate surface portion being sandwiched therebetween. The receiving part can be stably tilted, and the receiving part does not separate from the arc surface part.

Further, according to claim 6, since the receiving portion is formed by integrally assembling the arc supporting plate and the lower supporting plate, the receiving portion has the arc guiding gap with respect to the supporting portion. Since it engages in a penetrating manner, it is extremely easy to manage and transport, and is extremely convenient to carry on the roof.

According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, the tilt guide portion has an arc surface portion provided along an arc formed with an axis intersecting a flow direction of the metal folded plate as an axis. A guide groove is opened in the flow direction in the arc surface portion, and the receiving portion is tilted in the flow direction while the metal folding plate is placed in the receiving groove while being engaged with the guide groove. Since the guide pin for guiding is fixed, the receiving part at the top of the support frame fixed to the roof base material can be tilted and adjusted in the flow direction of the metal folding plate, and therefore the flow gradient of the metal folding plate can be adjusted with various tools. Since it is not necessary to adjust the bending of the support frame so as to obtain the inclination corresponding to, the work of laying the metal folding plate can be efficiently performed. Also, since the guide pin fixed downward to the receiving part is inserted and locked in the guide groove provided in the arc surface part, manufacturing can be facilitated, and the guide pin can be removed from the guide groove to replace the receiving part. The effect is that it can be easily performed.
