Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 両端に咬合爪型のファスナー成形用の溝
と、この両端のファスナー成形用の溝間にフィルム成形
用のスリットとを有するT型ダイの金型スリットより押
出し成形されたファスナー付き合成樹脂フィルムを、冷
却工程を経由して引取りロールによって引取るに際し、
この引取り速度を前記T型ダイから押出されるファスナ
ー付き合成樹脂フィルムの押出し速度に対し略同速度か
ら30%増速度の範囲で引取るようにし、一方前記ファ
スナー成形用の溝とフィルム成形用のスリットとの全幅
寸法を、成形時のファスナー付き合成樹脂フィルムの樹
脂収縮分を見込んだ拡大寸法若しくは前記増速度による
フィルム幅方向の寸法減を相殺する分さらに拡大した増
寸法の範囲で設定するようにしたことを特徴とするファ
スナー付き合成樹脂フィルムの製造方法。
