On the other hand, in the latter method, since the connecting portion is cut all at once, the convex type and the concave type have a size corresponding to the entire surface of the box-making paper and are flat plate types of 1 m 2 or more. The entire device that will be attached to the frame that moves this mold up and down and work will be
A mechanism for correctly feeding the box-making paper onto the concave mold, a mechanism for temporarily stopping the feeding of the box-making paper, a mechanism for lowering the mold and cutting the connecting portions left in places of the box-making paper, and again. Since a mechanism for starting transportation must be provided, a large space is required because it occupies a considerable floor area. In addition, it is necessary to move these large molds up and down and to stop the feeding of the box-making sheet at the moment of cutting, and therefore, an operation and stop mechanism that must be repeated every time the box-making sheet is cut and separated. Therefore, it must be a device that requires very large horsepower. In addition, each time the shape of the box is changed, a large set of flat plate formwork dedicated to that box is required, making it difficult to store various changed formwork, and changing and mounting the form is also troublesome. However, it has a disadvantage that it is difficult to deal with various types of box-making paper at a high cost.

Operation: Two rollers that face each other and rotate in opposite directions to a box-making sheet formed by punching with a punching device leaving joints in places to form required paper and unnecessary paper. When the rollers are successively passed while being rotated, for example, a cutting piece provided on one roller is located from the surface to the main paper side of the joint portion of the box-making paper, and at the same time, a cutting piece provided on the other roller. The piece is also positioned from the back side to the scrap paper side of the joint portion of the box-making paper, the main paper is directed toward the back surface by the upper surface with which one cutting piece abuts, and the scrap paper is the surface with the upper surface with which the other cutting piece abuts. Are pressed in the respective directions, and the wall surfaces of both cutting pieces pass each other, so that the joint portions are displaced in opposite directions and cut.
Box-making paper will be separated into real paper and scrap paper. Moreover, since the cutting piece is provided around the roller,
Since the rollers are engaged with each other endlessly, the box-formed sheets that are sequentially fed are continuously separated into a main sheet and a scrap sheet.

Further, when the cut pieces are provided on a flat thin plate in advance, it is compared with the case where the cut pieces are provided on the peripheral surface of the curved roller so as to correspond to the position of the connecting portion of the box-making paper. As a result, the cutting piece can be provided reliably and easily without the risk of misalignment, and since the plate is thin, it can be easily wrapped around the roller body according to the curvature of the peripheral surface of the roller. Therefore, the cut pieces adapted to various designs of the box-making paper can be easily provided around the rollers.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the box-making paper is cut and separated at the contact points of the two cylindrical rollers that rotate in a circular motion, the conventional flat plate type machine by vertical movement. Like the conventional means, temporarily stop the operation of the large mold every time the box-making paper is fed, stop the feeding of the box-making sheet at the moment of cutting, and require a large amount of horsepower accordingly. In addition, since it is possible to carry out the cutting and separating work of the box-making paper continuously at a very high speed and quietly, it can be said that it is economically, temporally and environmentally excellent. In addition, since the entire device is extremely small, it occupies a small area, and even if the number of molds increases in response to changes in the design of the box, the molds are thin plate plates. Therefore, it is possible to use the space efficiently without worrying about the storage location. Moreover, the mold whose design has been changed can be easily made by itself without ordering to the outside, and the work of mounting the mold can be performed very easily. It can be said to be efficient.
