7には内部に空気などの気体、水などの液体からなる媒
体を注入する注入口7cが設けられており、この注入口
7cは上部の枠体8に形成された孔8bを通して引き出
され、栓10で開閉されるようになっている。枠体8,
9には取付孔8c,9bが設けられており、この取付孔
8c,9bを介してボルト11により遮蔽部材6全体が
