As a repairing method when the lining material of the kiln is damaged, a means for suspending the kiln to lower the temperature of the kiln and cold repairing is widely adopted. For example, a means is adopted in which the lining material is dismantled from the inside of the furnace in a slightly wider area than the damaged portion, and the dismantled portion is renewed with a regular or irregular refractory material or ceramic fiber. However, in all of the above-mentioned conventional cold repairs, it is necessary to lower the temperature inside the furnace to the extent that an operator can enter the furnace and perform work. However, there is a problem that the repaired portion is likely to expand due to damages such as joint breakage and lining dropout due to expansion and contraction of the refractory and iron skin.

As a method for solving the above-mentioned problems of cold repair, in a steel-clad kiln in which a fibrous refractory is lined, the lining damaged portion is cut and removed together with the iron shell, and then heat is applied from the outside of the cutting opening. A refractory panel for repair in which a shielding plate is inserted into the furnace to close the cutting opening from the inside of the furnace to shield the heat radiation from the inside of the furnace and the ejection of high-temperature gas, and then a fibrous refractory is lined on the iron plate in advance. A method (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 123992/1990) is proposed in which the above-mentioned iron plate is welded to the iron skin after fitting a refractory material into the gap between the cutting aperture and the repair refractory panel. Has been done.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention
According to the method disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 992, when the lining damage portion is cut and removed together with the iron skin to open, it is necessary to adjust the furnace pressure to prevent hot air from blowing out. In addition, this repair method is effective only for repairing the furnace wall made of irregular refractory such as ceramic fiber or castable that fixes the lining material to the iron shell with studs or mounting bolts, but it is made of bricks. In the case of the existing furnace wall, if it is opened large, the joint will loosen and the joint will loosen, so there is a drawback that it cannot be applied.
