部の内、上流側支持レール部の二本のレールの支持面と
反対側に配設され、二本のレール間から該レールの支持
面と反対側に突出する葉部を切断する切断刃を有する第
一切断部と、上流側支持レール部と下流側支持レール部
の間に配設され、刃先が上流側支持レール部の二本のレ
ール後端と下流側支持レール部の二本のレール前端に近
接すると共に、切断面がレールの支持面と面一で且つ滑
面である回転刃を有する第二切断部と、下流側支持レー
ル部の搬送経路中であって二本のレール間に突出して配
設される切断刃を有する第三切断部と、を有して構成さ
れることを特徴とするカブ等の根菜類の切断装置。
