イル3、トラッキング用薄膜コイル4を治具5により押
し付けて接着すると共に、その薄膜コイルを、型材1の
治具5との押圧挟持により、所望の形状に湾曲し、その
後、前記フレキシブル配線基板2を型材1から取り外
し、図3に示すように、合成樹脂製レンズホルダー6に
接着剤により貼り付ける。なお、図3においては、7は
対物レンズ、8は支持軸、9は内ヨーク、10は外ヨー
