Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate soldering work of lead wires by arranging a common terminal while shifting from the central position of two independent terminals thereby setting the distance between the common terminals shorter than the distance between other terminals for each spool when the terminal holding parts are mated. CONSTITUTION: Terminal pins 23a-23c are molded integrally with spools 19, 20 while embedding the base part in the terminal holding parts 22a-22c. Terminal pins 23a, 23c on the opposite sides are connected with one ends of two windings L1, L2 and L3, L4 wound around the spools 19, 20 whereas the central pin 23b is connected with the other ends of the windings. The terminal 23a is located in the center of the terminal holding part 22a, the central terminal pin 23b serving as a common terminal is located while being shifted toward the terminal 23a, and the terminal 23c is located while being shifted toward the opposite side by the same distance. When respective terminal holders 22 are mated, the distance Px between common electrodes 23b is shorter than the distance Py between other terminals and the Py is identical for all terminals. Since a single lead wire can be connected simultaneously with both common terminals, the workability can be enhanced.

As shown in FIG. 9, each of the reels W1 and W2 is provided with three terminal holding portions.
Two windings L1, L2 and L3, L4 wound around W2
To individually control the energization,
This is because one end of 3, L4 can be used as a common terminal for power supply voltage application or grounding, but the other end must be independent. Conventionally, three terminal holding portions of each reel W1, W2 are provided. Of the terminals H11 to H13 and H21 to H23, the terminal pins P12 and P which are erected on the central terminal holding portions H12 and H22, respectively.
With 22 as a common terminal, each winding L1, L2 and L3, L4
Of the terminal holding parts H11, H13 and H2 on both sides.
Terminal pins P11, P13 and P2 which are erected on 1 and H23 respectively
The other ends of the windings L1 to L4 are individually connected to each other with 1, P23 as independent terminals. Therefore, according to the conventional device, as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, energization / de-energization can be controlled for each of the windings L1 to L4 of the reels W1 and W2.

By the way, when the motor is driven by individually controlling the energization of the windings L1 to L4 in this way, it depends on the driving method at that time, but in general,
As shown by the dotted line in FIG. 9, terminal pins P12 and P22, which are common terminals in each of the winding frames W1 and W2, are connected to each other, and a power supply voltage Vc is applied to the terminal pins P12 and P22 to individually connect the windings L1 to L4. By independently grounding the independent terminals P11, P13, P21, P23 sides through the switching elements S1, S2, S3, S4, the respective windings L1 to L4 are individually energized,
Often drives a motor. And in this case,
At the time of assembling the motor, the common terminals (terminal pins P12, P22) of the winding frames W1, W2 located at the center may be connected to each other, and the lead wire may be connected thereto.

However, conventionally, each terminal pin P11
To P23 are all arranged at equal intervals, and the intervals between these terminal pins are such that when the lead wires for power supply are soldered to the terminal pins P11 to P23, they are soldered to other terminal pins. Since the distance is set to a predetermined distance or more so that a bridge or the like does not occur, it is necessary to separately use a connecting lead wire or the like to connect the common terminal, and the connecting work is troublesome.

6, 17 and the pair of yokes 14, 15 facing each other
And a winding frame 19, 20 positioned on the outer circumference of the yoke so as to be sandwiched between another pair of yokes 16, 17, respectively. The winding frames 19 and 20 are formed of thermoplastic synthetic resin in an annular shape, and the annular portion thereof is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross-section that is open in the circumferential direction. Further, the winding frames 19 and 20 are respectively wound with windings 21 made of two polyurethane wires which are windings L1 and L2 or L3 and L4 of respective phases, and one end of the winding 21 is wound. However, the three terminal pins 23 are erected on the terminal holders 22 integrally formed on the flange portions 19a, 20a of the winding frames 19, 20 facing each other.
Is wrapped around. Then, the outer surfaces of the facing flange portions 15a and 16a of the yokes 15 and 16 are aligned with each other so that the concavo-convex portions of the terminal holders 22 are meshed with each other, and the magnetic poles 18 of the pair of yokes 14, 15, 16 and 17 are aligned. By filling an electrically insulating hard synthetic resin material 24 in the gap between the inner peripheral surface of the winding frame 19 and the inner peripheral surface of the winding frame 19, 20, these parts are integrally fixed. The lead wires 8 for power supply are connected to the respective terminal pins 23.

Then, as shown in FIG. 1A, among the three terminal pins 23a to 23c, the terminal pin 23 on the left side facing the flange portions 19a and 20a of the reels 19 and 20, respectively.
a is erected at the center position of the terminal holding portion 22a.
Further, the center terminal pin 23b, which is a common terminal, is located at the center position when the terminal holders 22 of the winding frames 19 and 20 are engaged with each other. T3) shown in FIG.

Therefore, in each of the winding frames 19 and 20, the distance Pc between the terminal pin (independent terminal) 23a on the left side and the central terminal pin (common terminal) 23b facing the flange portions 19a and 20a is the central terminal pin. The distance Pd between the (common terminal) 23b and the right terminal pin (independent terminal) 23c becomes smaller, and as shown in FIG. 1B, when the terminal holders 22 are engaged with each other, the reels 19 , 20 side common terminal 23b distance Px is shorter than other terminal distances Py, and all other terminal distances Py are the same distance.

As described above, in this embodiment, when the terminal holders 22 of the reels 19 and 20 are engaged with each other, the distance Px of the terminal pin 23b, which is a common terminal in the terminal holders 22, becomes smaller than the distance between the other terminals. It is shorter than Py.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, when one lead wire 8 is simultaneously connected to both terminal pins 23b for the purpose of applying a power supply voltage or grounding, the lead wire 8 is connected to both terminal pins 23b.
By arranging it between b and soldering, one lead wire can be connected to both terminal pins 23b at the same time,
Workability when connecting lead wires can be improved.

In this embodiment, among the distances between the terminal pins when the terminal holders are engaged, all the terminals except the common terminal distance Px have the same distance (Py). However, the common terminal distance Px. If the distance between other terminals can be shortened, it is possible to achieve the intended purpose such that the lead wire can be easily connected to the two common terminals. Therefore, the distance between other terminals Py is not necessarily the same. There is no need for this. For example, the terminal pins 23a and 23c, which are independent terminals, may be provided upright at the center positions of the terminal holding portions 22a and 22c.
