Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable bricks to be integrally connected to each other without using any mortar and further to facilitate a brick stacking or a brick repairing by a method wherein connecting surfaces of an upper brick and a lower brick are formed with irregular surfaces to be fitted from each other. CONSTITUTION:A bogie 1 is constructed such that it may run on rails 4 with wheels 3 arranged at a lower surface of a steel frame 2, enters or exits within a furnace body (a). A car top 5 is constructed by a brick 6 of a lower stage, a brick 7 at a middle stage and a brick 8 of an upper stage on the frame 2. A lower surface of the brick 8 at the upper stage is formed with an irregular triangle corrugated surface 9, an upper surface and a lower surface of the brick 7 at the middle stage are formed with the same irregular corrugated surfaces 10 and an upper surface of the brick 6 at the lower stage is formed with the same irregular surface 11, respectively and they are fitted to each other.
