Abstract

PURPOSE: To hold the state of traveling normally at all times by directing the direction of the major axis of the through-hole of a guide runner in a slot rectangular in the travelling direction of the guide runner. CONSTITUTION: When a folding door 1 is opened and closed, the folding door 1 travels on travelling piece sections 32 by suspension by a suspension roller 30. On the other hand, travelling runners 14 are rotated smoothly as being brought into contact with the undersides 11a of projections 11 at the lower end of the folding door while the outer circumferential surface of a rolling outer ring 6 is brought into contact with one of the side wall 9 of a lower rail 3 and turned smoothly, thus lightly moving the folding door 1. When the folding door 1 is inclined to one side and shaken, a vertical shaft 4 projected from the lower end of the folding door 1 and a guide roller 5 are also brought down together with the folding door 1, but the vertical shaft 4 can be tilted and moved crosswise regardless of a guide runner 12 because the vertical shaft 4 is inserted into the slot of the guide runner 12, and the travelling rollers 14 are revolved smoothly, thus resulting in no opening and closing of the folding door 1.

That is, the guide roller (51) is rotatably mounted on the vertical shaft (54) at the lower end of the door (50), and the guide runner (60) is rotated below the guide roller (51). The guide runner (60) has a horizontal shaft (6
A traveling roller (53) is rotatably attached to 1).
On the other hand, the lower rail (52) is composed of a rail body (62) forming a guide groove (59), and a ridge (55) protruding from the inner surface middle stage of the side wall (63) of the rail body (62). The guide roller (51) is fitted into the guide groove (59) above the protrusion (55), and the running roller (53) is below the protrusion (55) in the guide groove (59).
The guide roller (51) is fitted into the side wall (63).
Contacting the running roller (53) while rotating to the bottom surface of the ridge (55).
The vehicle travels in contact with the (56) while rotating, and restricts the shake when the folding door (1) is opened or closed or when the vehicle is running.

However, since the conventional vertical shaft (54) is inserted into the round hole (64) formed in the guide runner (60), it can only rotate around the vertical shaft (54). Met. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 8, when the folding door (1) falls down to one side during opening / closing or traveling, the vertical axis (54) also tilts,
Following this, the guide runner (60) tilts, and as a result, one of the traveling rollers (53) mounted on the guide runner (60) rises and hits the bottom surface (56) of the ridge (55). ,
Although not shown in the figure, the running roller (5
There was a problem that the side surface of 3) contacted and frictional resistance increased and smooth running was not performed.

Therefore, although not shown as a conventional example, a groove is formed on the outer periphery of the traveling roller (53) and the ridge (55) is formed.
It is also proposed that a guide ridge is further provided on the underside of the guide so that the groove of the traveling roller (53) is fitted so that the traveling roller (53) travels according to the guide ridge, but as described above. door
When (1) is tilted or shaken, there is a drawback that the running resistance is rather increased by fitting in the groove and the running performance is deteriorated.

[Means for Solving the Problems] Claim 1 states that "the upper ends of a folding door (1) formed by attaching a plurality of door bodies (1a) to each other are suspended by an upper rail (2) so that the door can travel freely. The guide roller (5) is rotatably attached to the vertical shaft (4) projecting from both ends of the lower surface of the folding door (1), and the guide roller (5)
Guide runner mounted on vertical axis (4) below
The traveling roller (14) is rotatably attached to the horizontal shaft (13) of (12) and is movably fitted into the lower rail (3) .The lower rail (3) contacts the guide roller (5). Guide rail (8) for the guide groove (7), and a ridge (11) protruding from the inner surface of the side wall (9) of the rail body (8) below the guide roller (5). In the guide installation structure of the folding door (1) whose lower surface (11a) is the contact surface of the traveling roller (14), the vertical shaft (4) of the guide runner (12) is inserted. The long axis direction of the through hole (12a) is a long hole formed substantially at right angles to the traveling direction of the guide runner (12). "

As a result, when the folding door (1) is opened or closed or moved, the vertical shaft (4) does not have the through hole (12a) even when the door (1) is tilted or shaken when the door (1) is opened or closed as well as when the door is normally opened or closed. It can move and fall along the long axis, resulting in a vertical axis.
Regardless of (4), the running roller is always on the lower surface (11a) of the ridge (11).
Since the (14) comes into contact with the vehicle and travels, the door body (1a) can be moved lightly, and the opening and closing of the folding door (1) is not hindered.

During opening / closing or movement of the folding door (1), as shown in FIG.
If the folding door (1) is tilted or shaken to one side as shown in Fig. 4, the vertical shaft (4) and the guide roller (5) protruding from the lower end of the folding door (1) may also fall down together with the folding door (1). Although it will shake, the vertical shaft (4) is tilted or laid sideways regardless of the guide runner (12) because the vertical shaft (4) is inserted in the long hole (12a) of the guide runner (12). It is possible to move, and in FIG. 7, it is possible to travel while keeping the guide projection (41) fitted in the outer peripheral groove (40) of the traveling roller (14). In the case of the traveling roller (14) without the (40), the two wheels are kept in contact with the lower surface (11a) of the ridge (11) and rotate smoothly. As a result, even when the folding door (1) falls down or shakes, the traveling roller (14) does not smoothly rotate and does not obstruct the opening and closing of the folding door (1).

According to the present invention, the long axis side of the through hole of the guide runner to which the running roller is attached is a long hole formed in a direction substantially perpendicular to the running direction, and the vertical axis is the long side. Since it is inserted into the hole, the vertical axis that moves with the folding door even if the folding door falls to one side or shakes,
It can be moved laterally in the slot and fall down, and the running state of the running roller can be kept normal when the vertical axis moves and falls, and the folding door opens and closes due to falling or blurring. Will not be disturbed.
