Description of the Related Art In general, in a building having a steel frame structure, when the outer wall has a curtain wall structure, it is necessary to construct a self-standing base material and a heat insulating material which adheres to the back surface of the inner wall when constructing the inner wall.

After inserting the insulation a
The heat insulating material a was fixed using a push pin with an adhesive tape or an adhesive tape d.

Further, when it takes time and effort to insert the heat insulating material a and the heat insulating material a is not inserted in a state suitable for the layout, a gap e is formed between the metal stud b and the heat insulating material a, and the heat insulating effect is improved. Will fall. Further, when constructing a partition portion orthogonal to the wall surface or a window portion of the wall surface, the bag-folded heat insulating material a is cut on site so that the dimensions match, and the cut end after cutting does not reduce the heat insulating effect. It is annoying to have to close it with tape. Furthermore, metal stud b
Since heat is transferred through the metal stud b
Hard rock wool f and the like must be fixed along the wall so that the heat insulating effect is not deteriorated. Further, since the metal stud b portion projects more than the heat insulating material a portion, when the inner wall panel g is installed on the surface thereof, the back surface of the inner wall panel g and the waterproof / moisture-proof sheet c on the surface of the heat insulating material a are formed. There will be a gap between them. As a result, dew condensation due to living humidity is likely to occur on the back surface of the inner wall panel g.

The above-mentioned inconvenience was solved by constructing the panel.

Particularly, when the conventional metal stud b is installed, after the metal stat b is installed, the heat insulating material a is placed between the metal studs b.
However, in the case of the heat insulation wall base panel proposed by the present inventors, since it has been made into a fluffy panel, it has to be installed in panel units. However, unlike the outer wall panel, etc., it must be installed in a limited installation space in the building, so when installing the partition part or the last one orthogonal to the wall, the installation space is particularly limited, It becomes difficult to install.

It is erected from the inside of the building while being inserted into the runner fixed above, and in this erected state, the metal fitting body protruding from above the heat insulation wall base panel is abutted against the steel beam from the inside of the building. It is fixed to the steel frame beam by a fixing member adapted to mesh with the beam.

の不都合を解決できる。The heat insulating wall base panel 1 is constructed by sticking a waterproof / moisture-proof sheet 13 on one surface in a state where the heat insulating material 12 is filled in each section of the wooden base material 11 framed in a rectangular shape. By adopting the wooden base material 11, the heat insulating wall base panel 1 does not require a heat insulating process as in the case of using a metal stud. In addition, since the heat insulating material 12 is packed in each section of the wooden base material 11 at the factory to form a panel, it is not necessary to form a gap between the wooden base material 11 and the heat insulating material 12 to reduce the heat insulating effect. Furthermore, since the waterproof / moisture-proof sheet 13 is attached flush to one surface of the heat insulating wall base panel 1, when the inner wall panel 10 is installed on this surface, the waterproof / moisture-proof sheet 13 is closely attached to the back surface of the inner wall panel 10. Can be made. That is, the heat insulating wall base panel 1 can solve various inconveniences when the conventional metal stud is used.

The panel fixing portion 42 is fixed to the wall base panel 1, and the upper side is a flange contact portion 43 that contacts the flange portion 61 of the beam 6. Of these, the panel fixing portion 42
Is provided with a screw hole 44 for fixing the metal fitting body 4 to the heat insulating wall base panel 1 with a screw 7. On the other hand, the flange contact portion 43 is provided with two notches 45 that are parallel to each other from the upper end side along the longitudinal direction. Further, the intermediate portion 46 sandwiched between the two notches 45 has a tip portion bent so that the fixing state by the fixing member 5 is positioned.

A mating portion 52 is provided on the facing piece 51 facing each other in this bent state. The meshing portion 52 is cut in a wave shape from the distal end portion to the proximal end portion of each facing piece 51, and has a mesh-like shape that widens at a certain portion and narrows at a certain portion. Then, the engagement portion 52 fixes the beam 6 while sandwiching the flange portion 61 of the beam 6.

The panel fixing portion 12 is fixed with screws 7. And
The lower end of the heat insulation wall base panel 1 is inserted into the runner 3 fixed to the floor base material 2, and the heat insulation wall base panel 1 is attached to the beam 6 from the inner wall side.
Cause directly below. Then, since the flange contact portion 43 of the metal fitting body 4 contacts the flange portion 61 of the beam 6, in this state, each facing piece 51 of the fixing member 5 is inserted into the cut portion 45 and the engaging portion 52 of the beam 6 is inserted. It is driven by a hammer (not shown) or the like so as to be caught in the flange portion 61. As a result, the metal fitting body 4 fixed to the heat insulating wall base panel 1 is
Since the flange portion 61 and the fixing member 5 are sandwiched and fixed, the heat insulating wall base panel 1 is fixed immediately below the beam 6. After constructing the heat insulating wall base panel 1 in this manner, the inner wall panel 1 is formed on the surface of the waterproof / moisture proof sheet 13.
0 is pasted. Further, at the position of the wooden base material 11 for receiving the field edge, the field edge 82 is provided from the surface of the inner wall panel 10 via the field edge runner 81, and the ceiling panel 8 is constructed.

Further, in the construction of the heat insulation wall foundation panel 1, since the heat insulation wall foundation panel 1 is restricted only by the positioning by the runner 3, when a partition portion orthogonal to the wall or the last one is constructed, etc. In particular, even when the installation space is limited and the installation becomes difficult, the heat insulation wall base panel 1 can be easily inserted into the runner 3 from the inside of the building, and the positioning state can be easily set. You can Further, before the fixing member 5 is driven in, the heat insulating wall base panel 1 can be freely moved up and down by the notch 45 provided in the metal fitting body 4, so that the heat insulating wall base panel 1 is inserted into the floor runner 3. It is possible to naturally adjust the unevenness of the heat insulation wall base panel 1 in a state of being erected. Furthermore, since the heat insulating wall foundation panel 1 can be raised from the inner wall side and the metal fitting body 4 can be brought into contact with and fixed to the steel beam 6, the construction procedure is not particularly limited.
Even after the outer wall 9 is constructed, the construction work can be easily performed without any trouble.

Since the fixing member 5 is regulated by the intermediate portion 46 so as not to adhere to the metal fitting body 4 in the driven state,
It can be easily loosened, and even if the mounting position is incorrect, it can be easily redone.

There is concern about the lack of construction strength against the stress applied from the outside. However, since the outer wall 9 has a curtain wall structure, it is difficult to think that stress is actually applied to the heat insulation wall foundation panel 1 from the outside of the building, so a reasonable construction state can be achieved by the minimum necessary positioning and fixing. ing. Further, since the metal fitting body 4 fixed to the upper end of the heat insulating wall base panel 1 is fixed by abutting against the steel beam 6 from the inside of the building, a sufficient construction strength is applied against the stress from the inside of the building. Can be secured.

It can be installed by extremely simple work such as fixing to.

It can be easily performed even in the case of constructing a partition part or the last one sheet.

Therefore, sufficient construction strength is secured against the stress from the inside of the building, and it is unlikely that the stress from the outside of the building will actually be applied, so effective construction with a simple and rational construction structure is possible. The strength can be secured.
