一対の綴杆の先端を開閉可能とし、かつ、前記作動板の
内縁接合部の両端部に、内縁を切欠することにより係合
凹孔を設けると共に、係合凹孔の対向する側縁に、内方
に膨出した突部を設け、鞘板の両端部位置に、上部に指
当部を、下部に前記係合凹孔内を移動可能であって前記
突部の対向幅よりも大きく、かつ、移動時に前記突部を
無理に乗り越えることができる頸部と、作動板を下面か
ら押し上げて山折りに屈曲する作用部とを連設したテコ
部片を垂直傾動可能に取り付けたことを特徴とする金
