【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 吊式扉を吊持するガイドレールを上枠内
にレベル調整金具を介して左右の高さレベルを調整可能
に支持させるようにした吊式扉のレベル調整装置を備え
た組立家屋であって、前記上枠が、外側面部と、その外
側面部の上端部分から内方に向けて折曲形成された上面
部と、その上面部の内端部分から下方に向けて折曲形成
された内側面部とを有して下側が開口に形成されてお
り、前記ガイドレールが、外面部と、その外面部の上端
部分から内方に向けて折曲形成された上面部と、その上
面部の内端部分から下方に向けて折曲形成された内面部
と、前記外面部と内面部の下端縁をそれぞれ対向し合う
内側方向又は同側方向に折曲しかつ上方に折曲して形成
した互いに間隔を隔ててなる一対のレールとを有して前
記上枠の開口内に嵌装されており、前記レベル調整金具
が、横方向に張り出した横面部と、その横面部の上方に
段違い状に形成される上面部と、その上面部の端縁から
下方に折曲垂下された垂下部とよりなり、その横面部と
上面部および垂下部にはそれぞれ螺子孔が形成される一
方、前記上枠の上面部の左右方向の両側には、前記レベ
ル調整金具の横面部を嵌め込み可能な開口と、その開口
より内面側に垂下部を嵌め込み可能な開口が形成され、
かつその内側面部には、前記レベル調整金具の垂下部に
形成された螺子孔に内方から螺合させる締付ボルトを遊
嵌させる上下方向の長孔が形成されており、前記ガイド
レールの上面部左右の両端部には、前記レベル調整金具
の横面部の螺子孔に下方から螺合させる締付ボルトを挿
通させるボルト孔と、垂下部を挿通させる開口とが形成
され、かつその内面部には、前記垂下部の螺子孔に螺合
させる締付ボルトを挿通させるボルト孔が形成されてお
り、前記上枠の上面部に先端を臨ませる高さ調整用ボル
トを前記レベル調整金具の上面部の螺子孔に螺合させて
なることを特徴とする吊式扉のレベル調整装置を備えた
組立家屋。
