2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 2 shows an assembled state of a scaffolding turret. This well-known scaffolding turret 50 is constructed by arranging gate-shaped pipe scaffolding units 51 upright at a predetermined interval, and adjoining scaffolding units 51, 51 are crossed with each other in an X shape.
And are connected to each other. On the other hand, the metal scaffolding plate 60 has a well-known structure in which a homing-processed iron plate or a net-shaped molded product made of a metal plate is stretched over a rectangular frame as shown in FIG. And the scaffolding board 60
13 to 15, two hook-like fixing metal fittings 61 shown in FIGS. 13 to 15 are fixed by welding or caulking. The scaffolding plate 60 is configured so that the fixing brackets 61 at both ends are hooked on a pipe 53 (hereinafter, referred to as a bracket) that constitutes the top side of the gate-shaped scaffolding unit 51, so that the scaffolding plate 60 is prevented from slipping off. . Needless to say,
Since the scaffolding plate 60 plays an extremely important role in protecting the safety of the worker who is working in a high place, it is not possible for the scaffolding plate 60 to come off the bracket 53 by some external force. Therefore, the gripping mechanism of the bracket 53 is assembled to the conventional fixing fitting 61 shown in FIGS. 13 to 15. Reference numeral 62 denotes a main body of the fixing bracket 61, which includes a downward arcuate grip portion 62a for inserting at least the upper half portion of the bracket 53. Two support pins 63 and 64 are provided laterally at upper and lower sides of the arc-shaped grip portion 62a at predetermined intervals. Reference numeral 65 is a sliding member which is guided by the two support pins 63 and 64 and is vertically movable so as to draw an arc.
An arcuate receiving portion 65a that abuts on the lower half portion is provided.
The sliding member 65 is provided with arc-shaped guide grooves 66 and 67 into which the two support pins 63 and 64 are loosely fitted. Then, the central portion of the guide groove 66 and the lower end portion of the guide groove 67 have recesses 66 for locking the support pins 63 and 64, respectively.
a and 67a are provided. Next, the operation of the fixing bracket 61 will be described. Prior to the installation of the scaffolding plate 60, the sliding member 6
When 5 is completely pulled up as shown in FIG. 13, the lower support pin 64 is caught in the recess 67a of the guide groove 67 and is fixed at this pulling position. In this state, the upper end portion of the arcuate receiving portion 65a slightly protrudes inside the arcuate grip portion 62a to form a protruding portion a. In addition, the lower end portion is located outside the arcuate grip portion 62a. When the arcuate grip portion 62a of the main body 62 is pressed onto the bracket 53 in order to install the scaffolding plate 60, the upper surface of the bracket 53 pushes the protruding portion a of the sliding member 65, and this movement causes The support pin 64 is disengaged from the recess 67a, and the sliding member 65 moves to the complete drop position shown in FIG. As a result, the bracket 53 has the arcuate grip portion 6
By the cooperation of the 2a and the arcuate receiving portion 65a, it is firmly gripped, and the risk of the scaffolding plate 60 coming off from the bracket 53 is surely eliminated. And the used scaffolding plate 6
When removing 0, as shown in FIG. 15, if the sliding member 65 is pulled up halfway, the recess 66a of the upper guide groove 66 is formed.
Since the support pin 63 is caught on the sliding member 65, the sliding member 65 is locked at this position. At this time, since the lower end portion of the sliding member 65 is moved to the outside of the arcuate grip portion 62a,
The scaffolding board 60 is lifted and the fixing bracket 61 is attached to the bracket 53
Can be removed from.

However, the conventional fixing metal fitting 61 still has a large problem to be improved in terms of usability. Is a long and heavy scaffolding plate 6
When 0 is to be removed by one person, first, the sliding member 65 of the fixing fitting 61 on one end side of the scaffolding plate 60 is moved to the removing position. Next, move to the other end of the scaffolding plate 60,
The sliding member 65 of the fixing fitting 61 on the other end side is also moved to the removal position. Then, when trying to lift the scaffolding board 60,
Since the state in which the support pin 63 is caught in the recess 66a is considerably unstable, the sliding member 65, which is set to the folding-angle removal position, falls due to vibration or the like during lifting, and the state shown in FIG.
There is a high possibility that the bracket will return to the bracket gripping position shown in FIG. In order to prevent this problem from occurring, after removing the fixing bracket 61 on one end side, the operator lifts the heavy scaffolding plate 60 by supporting it with his / her hand or head, and completely removes it from the bracket 53. It was necessary to perform an extremely rigorous separation technique such as removing the fixing bracket 61 on the other end while keeping it. Otherwise, two people would have to remove the fixing brackets 61 at both ends of the scaffolding plate 60 at the same time, which was very uneconomical in terms of work management. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a scaffolding plate and a fixing member for the scaffolding plate so that even one person can easily and securely perform the removal work.

When the scaffolding plate 60 is erected, when the scaffolding plate 60 is bridged between the pair of brackets 53, 53 provided on the scaffolding turret, the bracket 53 is inserted into each of the arcuate grip portions 1a of the respective fixing brackets A1. Be fitted. Along with that, the bracket 5
Since the upper surface of 3 pushes the protruding portion a of the left-right moving arm 3 protruding into the arcuate grip portion 1a, the left-right moving arm 3
Has its arcuate receiving portion 3a rotated inward so as not to come close to the bracket 53 and contacting the lower half of the bracket 53,
On the other hand, the upper end side is rotated outward. As a result, the vertical movement arm 6 is released from the restraint by the horizontal movement arm 3 and further rotated downward, so that the engaging portion 6c at the tip of the vertical movement arm 6 moves to the left and right as shown in FIGS. Since it engages with the engaged portion 3c at the upper end of the moving arm 3, the left-right moving arm 3 is securely fixed to the above-mentioned inward turning position.

Next, FIGS. 8 and 9 show the shapes of the left and right moving arms 3 and the up and down moving arms 6 on the back side. On the back surface side of each, punched bulges b are provided at the peripheral edge of the shaft hole through which the support pins 2 and 5 are inserted and at a plurality of locations on the flat surface. The bulging portion b plays a role of creating a gap c without bringing the main body 1, the left-right moving arm 3 and the vertical moving arm 6 into close contact with each other. This is because the fixing metal fittings are galvanized after the assembly of all parts in order to enhance the durability of the rust preventive effect. It is necessary to secure it. or,
By providing this gap c, it is possible to reduce the rotation resistance of the left and right moving arms 3 and the up and down moving arms 6.
