However, even in these assembly-type ducts, the flange portion at the end portion used as a connecting portion between the ducts is formed by riveting an L-shaped angle member and attaching it to the main body portion. The heavy use of rivets results in a great deal of labor for drilling and crimping operations.

On the other hand, a type in which the flange portion provided at the end of the duct is of a fitting type is found in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 52-72923. In this Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 52-72923, the duct is formed at the portion where two flanges are stacked. Since the end portions are only sandwiched, it cannot be said that the connection between them is sufficient, and there is a risk that they will fall out.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention forms bulging projections at appropriate intervals on one end of adjacent face materials, bends the other face material end along the inside, and bends the tip. Start up,
Further, the tip is slightly folded inward to form a bag groove inside, and the tip is folded into the bag groove to form a locking piece for preventing slipping out. The entire end is assembled into a tubular body by inserting the end portion into the bag groove at the end of the other surface material, and bulging projections are formed at appropriate intervals in the circumferential direction on the left and right end portions of the tubular body, on the other hand, The flange member is composed of a corner metal member, which is an L-shaped plate body having bolt holes formed at its corners, and a linear channel member bent in a U-shape. Bend the tip in the opposite direction, slightly fold the tip inside to form a bag groove with a locking piece to prevent slipping out, stack the end of the corner metal piece on the end of the channel member, and fix it with rivets etc. Formed as a frame,
The flange member is attached to the duct end by inserting the end portion of the tubular body having the bulging projection into the bag groove of the channel member of the flange member, and the duct main bodies 1 with the flange member are abutted against each other in this way. Between the flange members to be joined together by the bolts, the corners are bolted through the bolt holes, and the flanges facing each other are bent from the outside at an intermediate position between the corners into a substantially inverted U shape. A flange insert is formed by projecting the back in only one side of the band, and a clip band with a groove in the width direction is bited inside the vicinity of the end on the other side, and a stopper is projected at one end in the gap. ,
The gist of the present invention is that the whole is tapered so as to gradually taper, and a wedge having a projection for preventing slipping out without a corner is inserted and fixed in the middle of the same side as the stopper.

Furthermore, when connecting the cylinders provided with the flange members, the corners between the flange members are bolted through the bolt holes, one of the flanges is inserted into the insertion part of the clip band, and the wedge is pushed using the groove as a guide. Then, if the clip band is fitted in the stopper and the claw, the wedge is interposed between the flange and the wedge, and the whole is firmly fixed.

1. A bulging projection is formed at an appropriate interval on one end of adjacent face materials, the other face material is bent along the inner side, and the tip is bent to stand up. Fold the tip slightly inward to form a bag groove inside, and fold the tip into this bag groove to form a locking piece for preventing slip-out. Part is inserted into the bag groove at the end of the other face material to assemble the whole into a tubular body, and bulging projections are formed at appropriate intervals in the circumferential direction at the left and right end portions of this tubular body. The member is composed of a corner metal member, which is an L-shaped plate body having bolt holes formed at its corners, and a linear channel member bent in a U-shape. Bend in the opposite direction and slightly fold the tip inside to have a locking piece to prevent it from coming out. Formed as a bag groove, the end of the corner metal fitting is overlapped with the end of the channel member, and fixed with rivets or the like to form a frame body, and the end portion of the tubular body having the bulging projection is a bag of the channel member of the flange member. The flange member is attached to the end portion of the duct by inserting it into the groove, and the corner portions between the flange members that are mutually abuttingly joined to each other in the duct body 1 with the flange member are bolted through the bolt holes. The flanges that face each other outwardly are formed with a flange insertion portion that protrudes from one side to the other side from the outside at the intermediate position between the corners and is bent in a substantially inverted U shape from the outside, and the other side. The clip band with a groove in the width direction is bited inside the vicinity of the end on the side, a stopper is protrudingly provided at one end in the gap, and the taper shape is formed so that the whole taper gradually. A duct characterized by inserting and fixing a wedge with a protruding protrusion that has no corners on the same side as the topper.
