Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance the retaining force of antibacterial effect and, at the same time, prevent cost-rise by a method wherein antibacterial agent is uniformly given to a grip member in a writing utensil, which is equipped with the grip member at the grip part of the writing utensil consisting of an inner mechanism and a shaft tube. CONSTITUTION: In a ball-point pen with a grip, a point 3, through the tip opening of which a tip guide 2 is projected, is provided at the fore part of an injection-molded shaft tube, while a knock cap 5 with a clip 4 is dismountably mounted at the rear part of the shaft tube. In this case, at the grip part of the shaft tube 1, a grip member 6, which is made of rubber or flexible plastic and to which antibacterial agent is uniformly given, is provided. Since valuable antibacterial agent is uniformly added only to the grip part, which is repeatedly touched by a hand, the writing utensil can manufacture economical].y. In addition, since the antibacterial agent is added also within the grip part, its effect can be kept even when the surface of the grip part is damaged through abrasion or the like as compared with the grip part, only to the surface of which the antibacterial agent is applied.

rP15.1 g was added with 0.5 M sodium chloride aqueous solution 150
It is put into a 5 ml sodium hydroxide solution and the pH is adjusted to about 4.
It was adjusted to 5 and kept at room temperature for about 6 hours with stirring. Thus, about 50% of the cation exchange capacity of α-ZrP was exchanged with sodium. Next, this solid phase was filtered, washed with water, added to 150 ml of a 0.34 M silver nitrate aqueous solution, and kept at room temperature for about 6 hours with stirring, and the sodium exchanged above was exchanged with silver. This solid phase is filtered, washed with water and then 100 to 1
It was dried at 10 ° C to obtain an antibacterial agent. The silver content of this antibacterial agent was 24.0%. It should be noted that the obtained antibacterial agent was uniformly contained in the rubber of the material for the grip member at a rate of 1% to prepare a grip member, and the obtained grip member was assembled together with other ball-point pen parts to the barrel to obtain the antibacterial ballpoint pen. can get.

According to the first embodiment, since the relatively expensive antibacterial agent is uniformly added only to the grip portion which is frequently touched by the human hand, it is economical and wears as compared with the case where it is applied only to the surface. Even if the surface of the grip member is damaged by the above, the antibacterial effect is not reduced because the antibacterial agent is added to the inside. Furthermore, there is an advantage that the antibacterial agent inside reaches a fine surface with the passage of time, and the antibacterial effect lasts forever.

Next, FIGS. 3 and 4 show a mechanical pencil in which a barrel 1 showing a second embodiment of the present invention is formed by extrusion molding. That is, in extrusion molding, a molding material is heated and pressed in an extruder having a cylindrical cylinder to be softened, melt-kneaded, and continuously extruded from a die (mold) attached to the tip to form a cross-section having the same shape. This is a typical method for continuously forming molded products.

Although each of the above-mentioned embodiments has described the antibacterial writing instrument, FIGS. 5 and 6 show a third embodiment of the present invention. It can also be applied as an antibacterial stationery to an antibacterial eraser obtained by uniformly adding an antibacterial agent to an eraser. That is, the eraser 8 is worn and reduced in a considerable ratio by being used all the time, but according to this embodiment, the antibacterial agent is uniformly contained in the entire eraser 8, so that the eraser is worn by the use. However, since the antibacterial agent is evenly present inside, there is an advantage that the antibacterial effect is not reduced as compared with the case where the antibacterial agent is applied only to the eraser surface.

The antibacterial eraser according to Example 3 is obtained as follows. Layered phosphate AlP, content in layered phosphate Ag 5.5%, NH 3 1.5%, composition of the metal salt aqueous solution at the time of adjustment 0.03 (mol / l) has an antibacterial action Metal nitrates (AgNO 3 , Cu (N
Ammonia water or amine aqueous solution was added little by little to 200 ml of O 3 ) 2 , Zn (NO 3 ) 2 ) aqueous solution until a precipitate was formed and then it became transparent again. 20 g of the layered phosphate was added to the thus prepared solution of the ammine or amine complex of the metal having the antimicrobial activity, and the mixture was stirred and contacted for about 6 hours to intercalate ammonia or amine and the metal ion having the antimicrobial activity into the layered phosphate. Let me Next, the solid phase was filtered, washed with water and dried at 100 to 110 ° C. for 5 hours to obtain an antibacterial phosphate intercalation compound. The antibacterial agent thus obtained is uniformly contained in the material of the eraser in a ratio of 1% to obtain the antibacterial eraser.

Further, in each of the above-mentioned examples, it is more effective to add an electric-proof material together with the antibacterial agent. That is, since the plastic resin is a very good insulator, it is easy to be charged, and when it is charged, not only dust is easily attached and it becomes easy to be contaminated, but also an electric discharge phenomenon is caused to easily cause an accident such as an explosion. Therefore, for example, a conductive paint may be applied to the surface of the plastic molded product to improve its conductivity.
