Abstract

PURPOSE: To ensue appropriate applications such as filter media for drain- treatment, fillers for a mist separator or a scrubber and materials for cultivation and fish-growing by rolling up a sheet with communicating pores and adhering the terminal part of the rolled sheet to the surface of the roll. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin net (a sheet with communicating pores) 4 is spread over a slant plate 3 at the B part of a rolling-up machine 1, then one terminal side of the synthetic resin net 4 is raised by a sliding plate, and the sliding plate 2 slides on the roll 5. In this case, the synthetic resin net 4 is smoothly rolled up on the net from the tip to the following part, and is wound up when the sling plate 2 is stacked on the gradient plate 3. A heater 6 is deposited at a position (E point) where the synthetic resin net 4 is rolled up, and is caused to approach the rolled synthetic resin net 4. Thus the terminal side of the synthetic resin net 4 is heated to stick the terminal side to the surface of the roll of the synthetic resin net 4.

Conventionally, a structure having the above-mentioned continuous ventilation hole has been manufactured as follows. That is, the chemical reaction is, for example, a method in which a foaming agent mixed in a condensation or polymerization raw material foams in the process of condensing or polymerizing the raw material to form an open-pore body, for example, in the case of polyurethane foam. Is mentioned. Depending on the sintering method,
For example, metal, glass, plastic, or other granular material is filled in a mold and heated to melt the contact parts of the particles and partially fuse them to form a molded product. Examples include processed products, sintered glass filter media, and plastic glass filter media. By the elution method, for example, components having different solubilities in water and other solvents are mixed and molded, and the molded product is treated with water and other solvents, and partially soluble components are eluted to be molded. Examples thereof include plastic filter media and natural products such as hechima. The sintering method or the elution method is generally suitable for manufacturing a structure having dense open pores, and is not suitable for manufacturing a structure having large pores. The hummer has large pores, but natural products cannot control the pores. Further, the chemical reaction has many problems in the conventional method for producing a structure having continuous ventilation holes, since it is difficult to control the shape and distribution of pores.

The sheet having open pores of the present invention includes synthetic resin monofilament, twisted filament or twisted synthetic fiber net, synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric, woven cloth or felt, synthetic fiber paper (polystyrene paper). Etc.) can be mentioned. Hereinafter, the sheet having the continuous ventilation holes will be collectively referred to as a synthetic resin net. The synthetic resin net may be a synthetic resin net having various thicknesses and porosities depending on the thickness of the constituent monofilaments or fibers and the way of knitting or accumulating them. By winding the synthetic resin net in a roll shape and adhering it so that the winding end does not open, a roll-shaped structure having various ventilation diameters and various winding hardnesses and having continuous ventilation holes can be obtained. That is, the size of the voids in the structure can be adjusted also by the winding hardness of the roll-shaped body. Therefore, the size and distribution of the pores of the roll-shaped structure having the continuous ventilation holes of the present invention are determined by the thickness of the monofilaments and fibers constituting the synthetic resin net, the method of knitting or accumulating them (these are the thickness of the synthetic resin net). It can be adjusted by the winding hardness of the roll-shaped body around which it is rolled). Usually, a synthetic resin net having a thickness of 0.1 to 3.0 mm is preferably used.

1 and 2 show an example of a roll winding machine for a synthetic resin net according to the present invention. The drawings explain the structure of the roll winding machine and the synthetic resin net using the roll winding machine. An example of a winding step, that is, an example of a method for manufacturing a roll-shaped structure having continuous ventilation holes of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a side view of a roll winding machine for a synthetic resin net of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of a roll winding machine for a synthetic resin net of the present invention. Hereinafter, the roll winding machine of the synthetic resin net of the present invention is abbreviated as a roll winding machine. In FIG. 1 (and FIG. 2), the roll winding machine 1 is arranged in order from the right side of the drawing.

Part) and a product cutting part (C part). The back surface of the sliding plate 2 of the present invention is roughened so that slippage does not occur between the sliding plate 2 and the synthetic resin net when the synthetic resin net is rolled up and fed while the synthetic resin net is rolled up in the subsequent step. Is processed as. Further, in the portion A, the sliding plate 2 is placed on the roll 5 to make the feeding smooth.

A synthetic resin net 4 is spread and placed on the inclined plate 3 of the B part of the roll winding machine 1. At the D portion on the boundary between the A portion and the B portion of the roll winding machine 1, one end side of the synthetic resin net 4 placed on the inclined plate 3 slightly enters the A portion. The tip of the sliding plate 2 raises the end side, and the end side of the synthetic resin net 4 is wound on the net of the succeeding part as the sliding plate 2 is fed to the portion B. At this time, since the back surface of the sliding plate 2 (the surface in contact with the synthetic resin net 4) is roughened, no sliding occurs between the sliding plate 2 and the synthetic resin net 4, and the synthetic resin net 4 is
It is smoothly rolled from the tip onto the net in the trailing part. As the sliding plate 2 slides on the roll 5 and is fed from the portion A to the portion B, the winding diameter of the roll of the synthetic resin net 4 increases, so that the sliding plate 2 is normally fed while being kept substantially horizontal (sliding). It is desirable that the plate 2 be delivered while being kept horizontal, but it may be delivered with an inclination.). Normally, the synthetic resin net 4 rolls up when the sliding plate 2 overlaps the inclined plate 3. A heater 6 is placed at a position (point E) where the synthetic resin net 4 is rolled up, as shown in FIG. Is heated and adhered to the surface of the roll of synthetic resin net. The above is the operation of rolling the synthetic resin net of the present invention. The rolled roll-shaped body is transferred to the part C and, if necessary, cut into a required width.

The inclined plate 3 of the B section of the roll winding machine 1 described above.
The thickness of the rolled synthetic resin net 4 on the upper side can be adjusted by the length of the inclined plate 3 (the length of the synthetic resin net 4 placed thereon). Further, by changing the inclination angle of the inclined plate 3, the winding hardness of the completed roll-shaped body can be changed even if the synthetic resin net having the same thickness is used.

The roll-shaped body of the present invention is manufactured into a product having a required winding thickness and roll width depending on the intended use. For example, when it is used as a drainage treatment material or a scrubber filling material, it is cut into a width approximately the same as the thickness of the wound roll.
