【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 被溶接物における片面溶接時に、裏当て
材を被溶接物に設置するための裏当て材設置装置であっ
て、被溶接物の下方で被溶接物の溶接方向に直角な方向
に配置したレール上に、設置装置本体が移動自在に設け
られ、該設置装置本体に溶接方向に並べて配置されると
ともに被溶接物の溶接部に向けて伸縮するシリンダー装
置が設けられ、該各シリンダー装置に、裏当て材を載置
するための支持体が掛渡され、該支持体は、前記溶接部
に沿うように複数個の支持部材をピン部材で連結するこ
とにより屈曲自在とされたことを特徴とする片面溶接に
おける裏当て材設置装置。
