However, since the above-mentioned spun yarn uses acrylic staple fibers having a fineness of 2 denier or more, a spun yarn having sufficient bulkiness cannot be obtained, and therefore, the bulkiness of the spun yarn cannot be increased. It was not possible to produce large clothing knits and fabrics. Further, even when two such spun yarns are twisted together and dyed, a design yarn having a simple color difference can be obtained, and a clothing knitted fabric or a woven fabric having a subtle different color effect and high decorativeness can be obtained. I couldn't.

In the following, the significance of each constituent element in the present invention,
Also, the operation will be described in detail. 1. Raw cotton (A) and raw cotton (B) specified in the patent requirements
The hot water shrinkage of the constituent fibers of
~ 45%, raw cotton (B) = 0-3%, raw cotton (A)
The resulting spun yarn was subjected to hot water treatment, such as dyeing, by having a high heat shrinkability and a large difference in hot water shrinkage difference between the raw cotton (A) and the raw cotton (B). At this time, due to shrinkage of the raw cotton (A) fibers constituting the spun yarn, an excess length is generated in the raw cotton (B) fibers, loops are generated and bulky bulkiness is imparted, and the raw cotton (A),
The shrinkage ratio of (B) and the difference in shrinkage ratio between the raw cotton (A) and (B) are indispensable values in order to obtain the desired bulkiness. Is less than 30%, or the hot water shrinkage ratio of the raw cotton (B) constituent fibers is large, and the difference between the hot water shrinkage ratio of the raw cotton (A) constituent fibers and the hot water shrinkage ratio of the raw cotton (B) constituent fibers is If less than 27%,
The loop generation is insufficient and the desired bulky bulky property cannot be imparted.

2. As specified in the constituent requirements, the constituent fiber of the raw cotton (B) is a mixed fiber having a mixing ratio of the acid dye dyeable staple fiber and the cationic dye dyeable staple fiber of 100/0 to 50/50, and the raw cotton (A). By forming a spun yarn by blending with a spun yarn, dyeing processing is performed to develop and impart bulkiness based on the appearance of loops, and at the same time, to form a design yarn exhibiting a marbling state and a different color due to the different dyeability of constituent fibers. Can be done. 3. The obtained spun yarn having a bulky design property is further imparted with a soft texture that is rich in a feeling of lightness and has no loss of hair, and is given multi-density loop bulkiness and has a function of having sufficient strength and elongation. In order to do so, the constituent fiber denier of the raw cotton (A) and (B) forming the spun yarn is specified as specified in the patent requirements, respectively. Raw cotton (A): 0.8 to 1.5 denier Raw cotton (B): 0.8-3.5 denier, preferably 0.
It should be in the range of 8 to 2.0 denier. Although the cross-sectional shape of the constituent fibers may be circular, triangular, flat or atypical cross-section yarn, the use of raw cotton (B) as the atypical cross-section yarn can emphasize the effect of different colors and is particularly effective. Target.

If the constituent fiber denier is larger than the specified range, it becomes impossible to obtain a bulky yarn having a soft texture and a multi-density loop.
Further, since the number of filaments forming a spun yarn single yarn decreases, the number of twists required to obtain the minimum single yarn strength / elongation and the minimum required fluff drop resistance becomes high, and the number of twists of the single yarn becomes a tight twist. Therefore, it becomes difficult to obtain a bulky yarn having a good texture and a soft multi-density loop as in the present invention, because the occurrence of a loop during heat treatment by blending of different heat-shrinkable fibers and the bulkiness increase are hindered. It will be impossible. The denier difference is provided between the raw cotton (A) and the raw cotton (B) in order to produce a different color effect, and in particular, when the raw cotton (B) becomes thicker, the color becomes darker and the effect increases. The suitable number of constituents of acrylic staple fiber per single yarn of spun yarn that meets such a target is 120 or more per single yarn.

4. Highly hot water shrinkable raw cotton (A) specified in the Patent Requirements and raw cotton (B) made of a mixture of low hot water shrinkable acid dye dyeable staple fiber and cationic dye dyeable staple fiber (B) Ratio to A
Setting / B = 30/70 to 50/50 is also an important requirement for obtaining the intended bulky yarn having a good texture and a soft multi-density loop, and for effective expression of different color. It is also an important requirement, and it is the provision of appropriate conditions necessary for achieving each purpose. That is, if the content ratio of the high-heat-water shrinkable raw cotton (A) is less than 30%, the bulkiness does not reach the target value even if the obtained spun yarn is heat-treated in a wet manner such as dyeing, so that the desired multiplicity is reduced. Not only a yarn having a density loop cannot be formed, but also variations in shrinkage and bulkiness occur, a bulky design yarn having a uniform multi-density loop cannot be obtained, and an abnormal yarn having an uneven appearance and yarn physical properties is obtained. If the content of the high-hot-water shrinkable raw cotton (A) exceeds 50% and is too large, the texture of the high shrinkage yarn increases, resulting in poor texture (a feeling of stiffening becomes strong), and a low amount for forming a loop. The shrinkage component threads are reduced, and the multi-density loops are not formed, either of which is not suitable as a product.

5. In order to obtain a bulky design yarn having a desired multi-density loop, it is also possible to form a spun yarn by twisting two or more fine-count mixed spun yarns into a spun yarn with a single yarn count of 20 or more specified in the patent composition requirements. Is an effective and necessary requirement. In order to obtain a bulky design yarn having an excellent multi-density loop, the single yarn count is preferably 30 or more,
Further, it is preferable that the number of acrylic staple fibers forming the single yarn is 120 or more, and it is desirable that two to five spun single yarns are combined and twisted to form a multiple strand. This is because the knitting is not made clear and the density is increased to give the appearance as if there were short fluff. In addition, it is desirable to make the upper twist as strong as possible in the case of forming a multiple yarn, and the upper twist coefficient (K) needs to be 40 or more. It is preferably 100 or less. K is calculated by the following mathematical formula.

Here, T is the number of twists (t / m), Nm is the number of meters, and n is the number of twists. The upper twist number effect is to provide a multi-density effect and to reduce the elongation of the yarn to give the appearance of fluff.

If a spun yarn satisfying the above patent requirements is prepared and dyed according to a conventional method (for example, skein dyeing) in a dye bath composed of an acid dye, it has a marbling-like discoloration effect and a multi-density loop. A bulky design yarn is obtained, and by dyeing with an acid dye and a cationic dye, a bulky design yarn having a different color effect and having a multi-density loop can be obtained.
