Abstract

PURPOSE: To achieve higher dust collection efficiency by a method wherein a gum chewed and thrown is frozen instantaneously to be sucked so that the gum stuck as if fossil can be peeled more easily. CONSTITUTION: A liquid nitrogen cylinder (b) and a cartridge type dust collection bag (i) are made movable with a truck (g) for transportation built in and a gum chewed, thrown and stuck is cooled and frozen by the liquid nitrogen, and is sucked to be treated. The conventional type by jetting compressed air has a shortcoming such as breaking a floor and a tile, leaving marks thereon and the like. This instantaneously freezing treatment eliminates the shortcoming thereby achieving higher dust collection capacity.

Description

Detailed Description of the Invention [1000] The present invention is for crushing and sucking gum that has been discharged and adhered and cooled and frozen with carbon dioxide gas. Conventional compressed air is injected and broken or traces on floors and tiles. There are drawbacks such as remaining. This invention eliminates this defect by instant freezing with liquefied gas and improves the dust collection ability by crushing it into particles.

[0001] This invention is a method in which gum that has been thrown away and adhered is cooled and frozen in liquid nitrogen, and sucked and processed. Conventional jets of compressed air have drawbacks such as damage to floors and tiles and leaving traces. This invention eliminates this defect by instant freezing and enhances the dust collection ability.
