Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a fully automatic washing machine, by which mechanical force required for washing can be obtained, by putting materials to be washed on a shelf removably installed in the interior of a spinning basket, and passing the vertical circulating wafer jet generated by high-speed rotation of a pulsator through the materials to be washed. CONSTITUTION: A shelf 33 is arbitrarily removably installed in a spinning basket 21. In washing and rinsing processes, materials to be washed are fixed on the shelf 33. A pulsator 26 fitted to a washing shaft 23 is rotated by a driving motor 27. Thus, a pump blade 29 is rotated in a pump chamber 28 to generate pumping action. Water discharged from a discharge opening 32 by the pumping action passes through a water passage 30 and jetted from an opening part 31. The vertical circulating water at this time is passed while passing through the materials to be washed on the shelf 33. Accordingly, the stains on the materials to be washed can be removed evenly. Further, it is possible to prevent damage of materials to be washed due to the excessive mechanical force of the pulsator 26 and mutual entanglement of materials to be washed.

In such a structure, the power of the drive motor 10 is transmitted to the pulsator 9 through the washing shaft 8 in the washing and rinsing steps, and the mechanical force is applied to the article to be washed. This mechanical force causes the items to be laundered in the water tank 5 to rub each other when they are moved by the pulsator 9 or the water flow, or to the wall surface of the dehydration tank 5 or the like. Has too much mechanical power to be damaged or shrink. Although the rotation speed of the pulsator 9 is reduced as a countermeasure against this, the mechanical force necessary for cleaning cannot be obtained, and there is a burden to reduce the rotation speed electrically.

[Means for Solving the Problems] To achieve the above first object, a first means is a water tub which includes a main body of a washing machine and a dehydration tub for washing and dehydrating, and is supported by the main body via a suspension. And a water passage that connects the pump chamber formed by the pulsator and the bottom of the dehydration tank and the injection port at the top of the dehydration tank, and is detachably mounted inside the dehydration tank. When a laundry is placed on the shelf, the pump is operated by rotating the pulsator at a high speed during washing, and the circulating water flow from the injection port that is generated by this causes the washing power to penetrate the laundry. It will be obtained.

The operation of the first means is that the pulsator attached to the washing shaft is rotated by the drive motor in the washing and rinsing steps, and the pump action is caused by the pump vanes formed in the pump chamber. At this time, the upper and lower circulating water circulates while penetrating the article to be washed fixed on the shelf installed in advance in the dehydration tank. The force of this water flow cleans up the dirt evenly, and it can be washed without excessive mechanical force caused by the pulsator or damage or shrinkage caused by the entanglement between the items to be washed.

The fourth means is that, in the washing and rinsing steps, by rotating the dehydration tank, the water in the water tank is lifted up by the centrifugal force of the dehydration tank to lift up the gap formed by the dehydration tank and the water tank. It is injected from the top into the dehydration tank to form a series of circulating water streams. This circulating water flow makes it possible to wash the article to be washed, or to perform effective rinsing with a synergistic effect of centrifugal force and circulating water when rinsing.

In the fifth means, during the washing and rinsing strokes, the pulsator attached to the washing shaft is rotated by the drive motor, and the pump vanes formed in the pump chamber cause a pumping action. At this time, the upper and lower circulating water circulates while penetrating an object to be washed which is fixed on a shelf installed in advance in the dehydration tank, and uniformly removes dirt by the force of this water flow. Further, after the spin-drying, the laundry can be dried by the tornado-like wind generated by rotating the pulsator at a high speed while the laundry is placed on the shelf.
