に、前記各突起（４）のうち隣接する１対の突起（４）
（４）が前記地面（Ｂ）に接触して係止されるのであ
り、従って、前記閉鎖部（33）が地面（Ｂ）に対し滑っ
たり回転したりすることなく、前記ロッド（１）の転倒
が阻止され、また、転倒による地面（Ｂ）との衝突で前
記ロッド（１）が破損したりすることも防止されるので
