【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、自動車の車内配線等に使用されるヒューズ

ところで最近は自動車の電装品が増加している関係
で、ヒューズブロックに装着されるヒューズの数も多く
なっており、ヒューズの発熱による温度上昇の問題が無

たときの可溶部からの発熱が大きいため、ヒューズ個数
が多くなると、それに応じて全体の発熱量が多くなる。
従来のヒューズブロックは図−3および図−4に示すよ
うにヒューズコネクタ2が縦横に所定の間隔で形成され
ているので、このようなヒューズブロックをヒューズコ
ネクタ配列面を縦(あるいは急傾斜)にして車体等に取
り付けると、上段のヒューズはそれより下段のヒューズ
から発生した熱で加熱されるため、自己発熱との相乗作
用で著しい温度上昇を起こし、端子とヒューズタブとの
接触不良やヒューズブロックの溶損などの不具合が発生
しやすい。

の間隔を大きくとったことを特徴とするものである。

タブとの接触不良やヒューズブロックの溶損等の事故を
防止でき、信頼性が向上する利点がある。
