DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (A) Industrial Application Field The present invention is used for indoor floors of golf courses, passageways between holes, floors of other sports facilities, and other places where a relatively large thickness is required. The present invention relates to a floor material made of rubber or plastic which is laid in place without being stuck on the floor with the floor material.

但しこの貼付施工した床材には次の欠点がある。
(B) Conventional Technology Conventionally, rubber and plastic floor materials have been widely used for the above-mentioned applications because of their excellent elasticity, abrasion resistance, and water resistance. Most of the conventional products have a square shape and are attached and fixed on the floor to prevent misalignment and maintain their beauty.
However, this attached floor material has the following drawbacks.

B) The joint width between floor materials and the length and width of joints are arranged in a straight line,
And since it is necessary to attach it so that there is no step difference in height,
Since a skilled builder is required, it is difficult to determine the construction schedule due to the builder's convenience, and a large number of man-hours are required, which is expensive.

C) When replacing old floor materials with new ones, it is difficult to remove the floor materials and it takes time and labor in the removal work, and the adhesive on the floor is removed to smooth the floor. Grinding work is a difficult work because it scatters dust violently, and has the drawback of requiring a long time and being expensive. For this reason, there has recently been a great demand for flooring materials for underlaying, but the conventional methods for underlaying have the following drawbacks.

B) A part of the floor covering shown in Fig. 6 is used.
As can be assumed from FIG. 6, if the concavo-convex portions for meshing (8) and (9) are deepened, the four corners are small and poor, and therefore the irregularities cannot be deepened. It has a weaker binding force and causes stresses during use to create uneven gaps in the joints and distorts the appearance of the entire floor, as well as the drawback that a design superior to the shape constraint cannot be obtained. The reality is that it is not often used.

(B) When a dumbbell-shaped floor material measuring approximately 10 cm x 20 cm in length and width is laid and constructed, a brick-like, calm and design-friendly floor surface is obtained. There are no drawbacks. In addition, this floor material requires a thickness of 25 m / m or more, so the material cost is high, and the area is about 160 cm 2
Since it requires a large number of 63 per square meter due to the small number, there is a drawback that the manufacturing cost is high.

(C) Problems to be Solved by the Invention The present invention improves the drawbacks of the conventional methods described above to obtain an excellent flooring material for floor laying, and aims to popularize floor laying flooring material, which has been a long-standing concern. That is the purpose.

(D) Means for solving the problem FIG. 2 shows a dumbbell shape as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B.
As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the engaging concavo-convex portions (8) and (9) formed on the outer periphery of the floor material which are combined and arranged as one unit are engaged with each other and connected to the floor ground. When this is applied, the decorative joints (4) have a shape in which nine or more dumbbell shapes are combined and arranged so as to form a tear joint in which the vertical joints alternate with each other. The problem was solved by using the floor material formed on the.

B) A conventional dumbbell-shaped product or a combination of 2 to 8 units that are integrally molded as a unit, so that even if they are engaged together, the entire floor surface is restrained and stabilized. However, in the case shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 4 in which nine or more dumbbell shapes of the present invention are combined into one unit, one unit as shown in FIG. The floor material of No. 2 has a characteristic that it has a function of stabilizing the entire floor surface because the entire floor is formed in a form that firmly meshes with a total of 4 units of floor materials of 2 units on the right side and 2 units on the left side. is there.

(B) Since the uneven parts (8) and (9) for engagement on the outer periphery of the floor material are as large as 1/2 of the dumbbell shape, there is a function of exhibiting a strong restraining force even when subjected to a large detachment stress accompanying stretching. .

D) For the above reasons, even if the dumbbell shape is made larger or smaller, by increasing or decreasing the number of dumbbell shapes per unit, the area of the floor material of one unit can be adjusted to an appropriate size. In addition, it has an effect of preventing an increase in manufacturing cost and an increase in man-hours for construction.

B) As mentioned above, because the binding force between adjacent floor materials is strong, even after long-term use after construction, the spacing between the joints will collapse and the entire floor surface will become uneven, as with conventional floor coverings. It has the effect of keeping a beautiful floor surface forever.

C) According to the present invention, since the floor area of one unit can be increased by about 9 times or more than the floor material of one unit of the conventional dumbbell type, the manufacturing cost per unit area is fixed. However, the number of man-hours required for construction is low, and therefore, there is an effect that an inexpensive flooring material can be provided.

(G) Embodiment In the present invention, a dumbbell shape as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG. 4, a makeup joint (4) is provided between the dumbbell shapes so that the vertical joints alternate with each other to form a tear joint. The floor materials (1), (2), and (3) are integrally molded with a shape in which one or more dumbbell shapes are combined and arranged as one unit.

Corner chamfers (5) are provided on the outer circumferences of the surfaces of the floor materials (1), (2), and (3), and when they are engaged and combined, adjacent corner chamfers (5) are adjacent to each other. Makeup joints (4)
The chamfered portion (5) having the shape of forming a corner. In the present invention, when the thickness of the flooring material is as thick as 20 to 25 mm, it is effective to reduce the amount of material used by stealing the material in a pattern shape on the back surface at a depth of about 2/3 of the thickness. .
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, the method of forming the flooring material (2) by laminating the surface layer material (6) of good quality and excellent color tone and the inexpensive base material (7) is costly. It is effective as a means to reduce the cost. The rubber used in the present invention is natural rubber,
Any of synthetic rubbers are used, and rubbers such as vulcanizing agents, vulcanization accelerators, reinforcing agents, fillers, softening agents, pigments and the like are blended in accordance with the intended use, performance and color tone. Vulcanization molding is performed using a compound for vulcanization molding for molding the flooring material shown in FIGS. 2, 3, 4 and the like using the compound. As the plastic used in the present invention, vinyl chloride is generally used. A compound obtained by blending vinyl chloride raw materials with stabilizers, lubricants, fillers, plasticizers, pigments and other chemicals in accordance with the required properties is used. Then, injection molding is carried out by an injection molding machine using a molding die for molding those shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 3, FIG.
