対し回転はするが自軸方向には移動しない状態で結合さ
れる中間フランジ部を備えるとともに、弁箱の弁室内に
位置する部分に弁体用おねじ部を備える弁棒と、弁棒の
上記おねじ部に螺着されるめねじ部を備え、弁箱に対し
て弁棒軸方向に移動はするが回転はしない状態で支持さ
れ、弁箱の流体流路を開閉する弁体と、弁棒の弁箱外に
位置する部分に固定される操作部材とを有して構成さ
れ、少なくとも弁箱と弁体とを合成樹脂材料にて形成し
てなる弁の過締め防止装置において、弁棒における弁箱
の弁室外に位置する部分に設けられて前記弁体用おねじ
部と逆ねじをなす過締め防止用おねじ部に螺着され、弁
箱に一体化される案内部により弁棒軸方向に移動はする
が回転はしない状態で案内され、弁開閉時に弁体と逆方
向に移動する過締め防止リングと、上記過締め防止用お
ねじ部に位置調整可能にロックされ、弁全閉時に、上記
過締め防止リングが衝合する過締め調整ナットとを備え
ることを特徴とする弁の過締め防止装置。
