は、第3図,第4図に示すように、角パイプ状,凹状そ
の他の形状をもつ長尺の中空形材23がほぼ左右側板11,1
1′にわたる長さで水平に固着され、この中空形材23の
中間部分にファンモータ式の排気装置3が取り付けられ
ている。中空形材23はその中空部が空気流通路となると
ともに形材23自体がテラー机1の補強部材としての機能
も兼ねている。左右側板11,11′にはその内面に、同様
に長尺の中空形材21,21′が縦方向にのびて溶着されて
いる。この縦方向の中空形材21,21′の中空部は水平方
向の前記中空形材23の端部と連通している。底板12には
水平にのびる底板側中空形材22が固着されており、その
両端部で側板側中空形材21,21′の下端と連通し、さら
にその片端部22′が側板11に設けた排気口31に連接して
いる。これらの側板側中空形材21,21′および底板側中
空形材22もその中空部が空気流通路となり、またテラー
机のそれぞれ側板11,11′および底板12の補強フレーム
としても機能することは勿論である。側板11の排気口31
には、ワンタツチで該排気口を閉塞できるようなプラス
チツク材を利用した引掛け式の爪付き蓋体2が着脱可能
に取り付けられている。さらに側板11′内側には、前記
側板側中空形材21′の中間部の適当な位置で該中空形材
21′と連通した前後方向にのびる中空形材24′が溶着さ
れている。なお第4図には図示していないが他方の側板
11にも同様な前後方向の中空形材24(第2図)固着され
る。これらの前後方向中空形材はその端部が第1図の如
く側板前縁に形成した排気口41,41′に連接している。
テラー板の背面側縁部にも側板側中空形材の中空部とつ
ながる排気口51,51′が形成され、さらに天板14にもこ
れらの形材の中空部と連通する排気口61(第1図)が形
成され、各々の排気口には必要に応じてワンタツチで着
脱できる蓋体が設けられる。第1図,第4図にはテラー
机背縁の排気口51,51′に着脱される蓋体が符号6,6′で
示されている。

胸元から顔面に当る。またテラー机の膝元が遮断構造の
場合は熱気の逃げる場所がなく装置内に悪影響を与え
る。本発明では複数の排気口から室内の広い所に放出で
き、また不要の排気口あるいは熱気が当つては都合の悪
い位置の排気口は蓋体で閉塞し、必要な部分のみ蓋体を
外して内部空気を排出できるようにしてある。また排気
口に外部ダクトを設けることにより、テラーに熱気が吹
き付けられることがなく効率よく排出できる。さらに同
じテラー机を複数個連結した場合も排気口の位置を対向
させるようにすることによりテラー机間の空気の流通も
可能になり、最終端の机から側面や上部に外部ダクトを
通して一括排気することも可能である。なお上述の実施
例は銀行業務のテラー机の場合について述べるが、本発
明は発熱する電子機器入出力装置を内蔵した筐体一般に
適用され得ることは勿論である。
