Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry out absorption, decomposition and elimination of pollutants continuously in parallel by purifying sewage by bacteria while using activated carbon, which is rice husk smoked coal prepared by carbonizing rice husks in the same way as that for charcoal and whose absorptive activity is improved by chemical treatment. CONSTITUTION:Rice husk smoked coal prepared by carbonizing rice husks in the same way as that for charcoal is boiled in an aqueous solution containing about 2-10% of sodium hydroxide and then washed with water. As a result, not yet carbonized substances in the rice husk smoked coal are eluted and scars are formed on the surface of the rice husk smoked coal and a large number of fine pores are formed the rice husk smoked coal to improve the absorption capacity of the coal as an activated carbon. Bacteria propagates in the fine pores and gaps and they are fixed there. A tank with a specific volume and made of water permeative foam urethane 2, 3 is filled with the activated carbon 4 and sewage is supplied through a flow inlet 1 to absorb pollutants and to purify it. The absorbed pollutants are decomposed and exinguished by bacteria carried on the activated carbon.

The present invention relates to a method of adsorbing sludge in wastewater and dissolved pollutants, and causing microorganisms that propagate in a physical form different from that of ordinary powdered activated carbon to decompose and eliminate the adsorbed sludge. In conventional sewage treatment methods using microorganisms, since the ability to adsorb pollutants to the treatment tank constituents themselves is small, in order to achieve the purpose of purifying sewage containing soluble pollutants,
It is necessary to prolong the retention time of sewage inside the treatment tank,
Either the treatment tank itself became large, or the flow path of the sewage had to be long. In addition, it takes a certain period of time for the microorganisms to propagate through the sewage, and it was difficult to sufficiently achieve the purpose of purification in the natural state at the beginning of sewage flow.

2. Description of the Related Art In the conventional microbial treatment method for sewage purification, since the sewage retention time is prolonged, the sewage tank itself is large, and it is not suitable for small-scale sewage purification such as domestic wastewater and human waste, and the equipment cost is also high. There was a problem that it was expensive.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present invention increases adsorbing activity by chemically treating paddy grain smoldering charcoal without crushing it, adsorbs pollutants in wastewater, and purifies purified water in a short time. The microorganisms which are released by the retention of the adsorbed pollutants and decompose the adsorbed pollutants inside the activated carbon tank are decomposed. The purpose is to adsorb, decompose, and eliminate pollutants in parallel and continuously.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, rice grain smoked charcoal in an aqueous solution of 2 to 10% sodium hydroxide
After boiling for 120 minutes and washing with water, the uncarbonized substances in the rice grain smoldering charcoal elute, the surface is damaged and many fine pores are generated in the rice grain smoldering charcoal, which increases the adsorption of pollutants as activated carbon. , Microbes propagate and are immobilized in these micropores and voids. As described above, if this activated carbon is used as a tank of a certain size to pass sewage, most of the pollutants, including dissolved substances, are quickly adsorbed, and purified water is discharged in a short time. The adsorbed pollutants are decomposed and disappear by microorganisms. From this, the treatment tank can be made extremely small, and the purpose of purification of sewage can be achieved at a low cost and at a low maintenance cost.

As described above, the present invention also provides:
Also in the examples, the adsorption, decomposition, and disappearance of pollutants are simultaneously performed in parallel, so that a stable sewage purification effect can be obtained over a long period of time. In addition, it is possible to purify sewage from the beginning without requiring a rising period for the microorganisms to propagate for the purification of water.
