Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable rupture of a screw head from a screw shaft by tightening force which exceeds a fixed torque of the screw head by forming a driver tightening hole which reaches from the head to the screw shaft. CONSTITUTION:A cross driver tightening hole 3 is provided in a head 2 of a screw 1, and a tip of the hole 3 reaches a screw shaft 4. When unit parts are assembled or a device is assembled by using the screws 1, the screw head 2 is not ruptured if they are tightened with torque below a fixed value, and assembly work can be done in the same way as ordinary screws. Tightening torque can be adjusted by a torque adjusting type electric driver. In the case of disassembly, when the head 2 is tightened with torque above a predetermined value by a cross driver 6, the screw head 2 is broken off from the screw shaft 4 and ruptured, and a member B which is joined on a member A can be removed easily.
