Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a fire-preventive door having improved sound isolation characteristics by a method wherein a fluid noncombustible material is poured into a door framed body comprising steel strength frame or wooden frame so as to be solidified therein to form a core material and a surface panel is mounted onto the core material. CONSTITUTION:A framed body 1 of a door is formed from a steel strength frame or wooden frame and an auxiliary member such as a grip member or the like is attached to the framed body 1, if required. Next, a fluid noncombustible material 7 such as shirasu balloon cement, into which expandable fibers are mixed, is placed into the body 1 and solidified to form a core material 2. And the material 7 is placed in such a manner that a gap is not produced in the strength frame and between the body 1 and the core material 2. Thereafter a surface panel is bonded onto the material 2 to form a door. By this method, a fire-preventive door having improved sound isolation characteristics can be manufactured efficiently.

Unnecessary portions (shown by diagonal lines in the figure) of the core material 2 such as a fiber-mixed foam cement plate are cut out so as to match the inner dimensions of the wooden frame 3 at the time of completion (FIG. 6 (A)). The core member 2 is provided with a notch 5 so as not to interfere with the auxiliary member 4 provided inside the frame body 3. The auxiliary member 4 is provided in the notch 5, and the frames 6 forming the frame 3 are bonded to the four sides of the core member 2 (FIGS. 6B and 6C). The surface of the core material 2 is processed so as not to absorb liquid easily, and an adhesive is applied to the surface of the core material 2 and the surface of the frame body 3 so that the surface material covers the core material 2 and the frame body 3. Glued and pressed to complete the fireproof wooden door.

The conventional steel door,
In the fireproof wooden door, it is necessary to cut the core material in accordance with the frame body, which causes dust generation due to the cutting work and causes loss of the core material 2. Further, in the steel door, as shown in FIG. 5, the force bone of the frame 1 has a U-shaped cross section, so that a gap is created inside the force bone, and the sound insulation effect of the steel door is reduced. Furthermore,
The fireproof wooden door has a problem in that the number of working steps is increased, the processing of the core material 2 is complicated, and the loss portion of the core material is increased.
