However, in such a belt 20, the buckle 30 cannot normally be removed because the folded-back portion is sewn. Therefore, even if only the buckle was damaged, or if I wanted to wear a different buckle according to my clothes, I had to change the entire belt 20. On the other hand, examples of belts with replaceable buckles include those shown in FIGS. 7B and 7C. These are very functional,
In both cases, the attachment / detachment members 24 and 26 such as snaps and screws were exposed at the buckle stop portion, and the appearance was poor and did not meet the taste of the user. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a belt buckling stop structure in which a buckle can be replaced without impairing the preferred appearance of the buckling stop portion in a belt having a buckle attached at the waving portion.

As shown in FIG. 1, the detachable member 8 is formed of a convex member 8a and a concave member 8b which are fitted to each other. Further, each member 8a, 8b is a disc-shaped backing member from the side opposite to the mounting site. It is integrated by mechanical pressing with 9a and 9b and is fixed to the attachment site. As in this example, attachment of the snap to the thick leather belt member 2 by sewing or the like requires manual work, which takes a very long time, and the detachable members 8a and 8b are detachable. Since a very large force is sometimes applied, a material which is clamped and fixed by the backing members 9a and 9b is used.

Therefore, the buckle stopping structure in the belt 1 of this example is formed as follows. First, FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, a slit 3 is formed at a predetermined position on the end edge 2A side of the belt member 2 on which the buckle is attached so as to project the locking pin 4b of the buckle 4. Then, from the end edge 2A, the belt member 2 is cut to a predetermined position in the direction of the other end of the belt member 2 so as to divide the thickness of the belt member 2 into two, thereby forming a bifurcated band-shaped portion. The band-shaped portion on the front surface side is the outer layer portion 4, and the belt-shaped portion on the back surface side is the inner layer portion 6 for attaching the detachable member. The outer layer portion 4 and the inner layer portion 6 are
The length of the belt member 2 is substantially equal to the length of the belt member 2 that is folded back and overlaps.

The detachable member 8 is, as shown in FIG.
For example, the convex member 8a is first set in the eye M so that the convex portions are formed in the back side direction of the belt member 2 after the eye M is opened at a predetermined position of the inner layer portion 6 by punching or the like. Then, the backing member 9a is applied to the outer layer portion side of the inner layer portion 6 to be integrated by a predetermined pressing machine, and at the same time, the inner layer portion 6 is fixed. At this time, the backing members 9a and 9b of the convex member 8a and the concave member 8b are preferably as thin as possible.

The belt 1 thus formed has the following functions and effects. First, the appearance of the overlapping portion W in which the detachable members 8a and 8b are fitted together and the buckle 10 is attached is the same as that of a conventional belt in which the folded-back portion is sewn to form the buckle stop portion. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2A and 2B, on the front side of the belt 1, the backing member 9a for fixing the convex member 8a is located inside the outer layer portion 4 and is not on the back side. Similarly, since the backing member 9b is also located inside the outer layer portion 4, the backing member 9b is hidden so that the presence of the convex member 8a and the concave member 8b cannot be seen. That is, not only on the front side but also on the back side, the appearance of the high-class belt is maintained. Therefore, the preference of the user can be satisfied.

When the buckle 10 is replaced,
The buckle 10 can be easily removed from the bent portion 12 by removing the fitting of the detachable members 8a and 8b. Furthermore, the thickness of the belt member 2 in the inner layer portion 6 is obtained by dividing the thickness of the belt member 2 into two. Penetration of the eyelets M and clamping of the detachable member 8 can be performed more easily than when the belt member 2 itself is attached.

In this embodiment, the inner layer portion 6 is formed by splitting one end of the belt member 2 into two forks so that the thickness of the belt member 2 is divided into two parts.
a, 8b can be easily attached, and the backing member 9a,
The inner layer portion 6 may be formed thinner than the outer layer portion 4 in order to suppress the influence of the bulge of 9b on the front side of the belt as much as possible. That is, the outer layer portion 4 may be thickly cut and the inner layer portion 6 may be thinly torn, or after the inner layer portion 6 is torn into substantially equal portions.
Only the thin part may be shaved.

The inner layer portion 6 is not limited to one formed by cutting the belt member 2 into pieces. For example, in FIG.
As shown in (a), a thin sheet-shaped inner layer portion 6A is attached to the back surface of the belt member 2 by sewing or the like.
Alternatively, the detachable member 8a and the like may be attached so as to face each other at the time of folding back, and may be provided so as to be folded back so as to cover the sewing terminal H of the inner layer portion 6A. Further, as shown in FIG. 6B, the sheet-shaped inner layer portions 6B are sewn on only the facing portions of the folded belt member 2, respectively.
A detachable member 8 or the like is attached to each inner layer portion 6B, or, as shown in FIG. 6C, a notch R is formed only at a facing portion of the folded belt member 2 to form the inner layer portion 6B.
It is also possible to partially provide C and attach the detachable member 8. When the lining member is applied to the entire belt member 2, the detachable member 8 may be attached to a predetermined portion of the lining member (not shown).

Further, the detachable member 8 is not limited to the one made up of the concave member 8b and the convex member 8a, but may be any member which can be integrated with the attached portion by engaging with each other. For example, a hook-and-loop fastener including a hook member and a loop member, a screwing means including a male screw having a locking head and a cap nut, and the like. Even when such a detachable member is used, if each member to be engaged is attached to the inner layer portion 6, the attachment mark and the backing member cannot be seen from the front side or the back side of the belt member 1, so that the buckle stop portion has a good appearance.
