In this case, generally, a timer switch for setting the pre-drying time, the drying rest time, and the post-drying time before starting the drying operation is provided. On the other hand, if such a so-called reserved drying is not set and the normal drying mode in which the hot air drying is continuously performed from the start to the end of the drying from the start to the end can be selected, a plurality of timer switches must be configured. It must be complicated.

In addition, normal drying in which hot air drying is performed for a timer set time while driving the circulation mechanism unit and reserved drying in which at least a burner 6 is stopped in the middle of drying to perform a drying pause can be appropriately selected. The reheat air drying time setting timer switch after drying pause is also used as the drying time setting timer switch in the above normal drying, and it is determined whether the time setting of these combined timer switches is the reheat air drying time setting or the normal drying time setting. Therefore, the drying time setting device in the grain dryer is provided with the reservation switch 36.

During the first-stage drying time, the burner and circulation mechanism are driven to perform hot air drying, and the time-delay operation proceeds according to the setting of the first-stage drying time setting timer switch. It becomes a state. The timer mechanism section by the drying pause time setting timer switch setting starts after the elapse of the preceding drying time, and the timer mechanism starts in the same way, and when this setting time elapses, the succeeding drying time setting timer is linked to start the timing operation and the burner and circulation mechanism restart. The unit is brought into a driving state and the drying is completed after a lapse of an appropriate time. On the other hand, when the normal drying is performed instead of the reserved drying, the total drying time is set by the latter-stage drying time setting timer switch before starting the drying.

Therefore, the necessity of setting input from another timer mechanism for setting and inputting the drying pause time etc. depends on the presence / absence of input of the reservation switch 36. The operation is easy without requiring "0" time setting.

At the same time as outputting, the time-delay operation is started, and a stop signal is output to stop and control these when a set time has elapsed. Further, when the preceding-stage drying time A has elapsed, the timer time-setting operation by the setting of the drying pause time setting timer switch 33 is started, and at the same time, the drive output to the burner drive system and the circulation system section is cut off for the set pause time B. Therefore, the drying pause control signal is continuously output. When the drying pause time B elapses, the time delay operation of the timer by the setting of the subsequent drying time setting timer switch 34 is started, and a drive signal is output to the load of the burner drive system and the circulation system. It should be noted that the drying end signal is output when the post-drying time C has elapsed due to the setting of this timer switch.

A predetermined amount of grain is put into the storage tank 2 by using. Next, if the grain type and the amount of swelling are set by the switches 29 and 31, the hot air temperature is calculated from the detection results of the outside air temperature and outside air humidity, and the drying switch 26 is pressed to start the drying operation. When setting the so-called reserved drying, in which the drying pause is performed during the drying process, the front stage drying time A and the drying pause time B are set by the front stage drying time setting timer switch 32, the drying pause setting timer switch 33, and the rear stage drying setting timer switch 34. The post-drying time C is set respectively, and the reservation switch 36 is turned on.

In both normal drying and reserved drying, each drying operation status is estimated and the safe range that does not cause overdrying is predicted and the time is set. In addition, when an arbitrary time is not set, for example, 30 hours is automatically set for normal drying, and 15 hours is automatically set for reserved drying. In the case of reserved drying, if the post-drying time is set too long, excessive drying is likely to occur, so if it is arbitrarily set above the specified value (for example, 15 hours), it will be replaced with the set value for safety. A timer is even safer.
