材の表面に、硬化後に弾性を有する熱軟化性の合成樹脂
液を塗布することにより、上記スカーフ接合部に合成樹
脂液を充填、埋入させた樹脂塗布層を設け、この塗布層
の硬化後、少なくともスカーフ接合部を残して該塗布層
を研削することにより木質基材の表面を露出させ、この
露出表面に水系接着剤を塗布した後、木質化粧単板を載
置して熱圧により木質基材表面に積層、一体化させるこ
とを特徴とする木質化粧材の製造方法。1.
