生産個数を減少させても、装置を大幅に軽量化すること
によって、製品1個当りのイニシャルコストを軽減した

が出来るので、自由度が増して調整等が容易になる。 (3) 設置場所の自由度が増す。 本発明装置のフレーム強度は従来のものより低くてよい
から、その分小型軽量になって軽量化や省スペースにな
る。また加工の低速化は、低騒音や低振動につながると
いう利点がある上に、組立生産ラインとの速度差が少な
くなる。設備が安価になることもあって、製品を必要な
所で生産することができる。つまり、組立ラインの中で
最も適した場所にプレス装置を設けることも可能にな
る。
