Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a foundation suitable for tissue paper that is able to hold OH- free radical with fungistatic action in a stable condition for a long time by infiltrating a certain amount of acid water containing OH- free radical and by covering the foundation with a shade film. CONSTITUTION:A certain amount of acidic water containing OH- free radical is infiltrated and a shade film covers the acid water. In OH- free radical, a dilute electrolytic solution of sodium chloride or potassium chloride is electrolyzed and a strong-acidic substance is created at the cathode. 品として提供することができる。さらに、OHラジカル
の連鎖反応後の反応生成物は、極めて微量であり、それ
自身無毒化されたものであるので、廃棄する場合もなん
ら問題は発生しない。
