However, because the construction site is on the road, it is difficult to secure a space to install a break room in such construction.
Moreover, since the construction period is relatively short, there is little need to install a regular large-scale break room, and in most cases,
No special break room is secured, and the inside of the car where the workers have come to the site is used as a break room.

The object of the present invention is to eliminate the inconveniences of the above-mentioned conventional example, and it is possible to mount the truck on the bed of a truck without requiring a special space for installation, and therefore it can be easily transported to a construction site.
Moreover, it is to provide a rest room for a construction site that can be easily moved from the installation position and can be easily assembled on site.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention can be installed on a loading platform of a truck, and comprises a floor panel, front and rear, left and right wall panels, and a ceiling panel, and the front, rear, left and right wall panels are coupling members such as hinges. It has an upper panel and a lower panel which are foldably combined inwardly via two, and the longitudinal length of the upper panel and the lower panel of the front and rear wall panels is the longitudinal length of the floor panel and the ceiling panel. The front and rear wall panels are arranged so that the front and rear wall panels are located at the longitudinal center of the floor panel and the ceiling panel. Are rotatably connected to the upper and lower side edges of the front and rear upper panels, below the left and right and front and rear side edges of the ceiling panel at the upper and lower sides, and the left and right wall panels are configured. The lower ends of the left and right lower panels are rotatably connected to the front and rear side edges of the floor panel, and the upper ends of the left and right upper panels are rotatably connected to the left and right front and rear side edges of the ceiling panel via coupling members such as hinges. However, the door panel and the air conditioning equipment mounting panel are detachably attached to the vacant spaces formed on the left and right sides of the front and rear wall panels, and level adjustable casters are provided at the four corners of the lower surface of the floor panel. According to the present invention, the lower panel and the upper panel that form the left and right wall panels project inside when folded, but there is a space on the left and right sides of the lower panel and the upper panel that form the front and rear wall panels. Since it is formed, since the bulge due to the folding of the lower panel and the upper panel constituting the left and right wall panels of this empty space can be accommodated, it can be folded in a flat state without being bulky, and in this state, It is installed on the bed of a truck and transported to the construction site.

At the construction site, the lower panel and the upper panel of the folded wall panel are raised by sequentially extending the bellows by hand or the like to stand up as a single sheet around the floor panel. Then, the door panel and the air conditioner mounting panel are attached to the openings formed on the left and right sides of the front and rear wall panels to complete the rest room.

The left and right wall panels 2 are composed of an upper panel 2a and a lower panel 2b which are connected by a coupling member such as a hinge, and a lower panel 2b.
The lower end of the upper panel 2a is rotatably connected to the left and right side portions of the floor panel 1, and the upper end of the upper panel 2a is rotatably connected to the left and right side portions of the ceiling panel 4 by the same hinge. The lower panel 2b and the lower panel 2b are combined so as to be foldable in the upper and lower two inward via a connecting portion formed by both hinges.

Fig. 2 shows the state that the rest room is being transported to the construction site. It is placed in the empty space formed on the left and right sides of the upper panel 3b and the lower panel 3c that will be the front and rear wall panels 3 first. The door 5 and the panel 6 for disposing the devices are removed. And the rest room is the loading platform 13a of the truck 13 with the crane 12.
It folds up, but this is done with the floor panel 1 at the bottom and the wall panels 2 and 3 on the upper surface at the connecting points of the upper panels 2a and 3a and the lower panels 2b and 3b, which are bellows-shaped inside and below. Overlapping with the ceiling panel 4
Are overlapping. In this case, both the left and right wall panels 2 and the front and rear wall panels 3 fall on the indoor floor panel 1 about the connecting portion with the floor panel 1 and project toward the indoor side. Also, since the width of the panel 6 is shorter than the length of the floor panel 1 on the left and right, the insertion space for the left and right wall panels 2 is secured, and the left and right wall panels 2 and the front and rear wall panels on the floor panel 1 are secured. The thickness of the folded chamber body will not be partially increased due to the overlapping of 3 and the like.

As the ceiling panel 4 rises, the wall panels 2 and 3 pivotally attached to the ceiling panel 4 are also pulled up, and the upper panel 2a,
3a and ceiling panel 4 are pivoted, upper panels 2a and 3a are lower panels 2b and 3b, and lower panels 2b and 3b are floor panel 1.
The upper panels 2a, 3a and the lower panels 2b, 3b rotate around the shaft attachment portions of and, respectively, and the upper panel 2a, 3a and the lower panel 2b, 3b are folded in two, and then the lower panel The upper panels 2a and 3a are located on the upper and lower sides 2b and 3b, and they stand up between the floor panel 1 and the ceiling panel 4.

Although the ceiling panel is lifted by a crane when assembling the chamber body in the above-described embodiment, the assembly method is not limited to this, and as another example, a balloon is provided in the chamber body. Alternatively, the wall panel may be assembled by inflating the balloon in a room to push the wall panel from the inside to the outside and pushing it up. Further, in this case, an air cylinder or the like may be separately prepared as a means for supplying air to the balloon, but it is also possible to inflate the exhaust gas of the automobile to inflate the balloon.

As described above, the construction site break room of the present invention can be easily carried to the site because it can be mounted on an automobile without being bulky in a flatly folded state. Since it can be installed on top, even if it is difficult to secure a space for placing a break room due to road construction, etc., a break room can be formed as long as there is a parking space for cars, so it becomes easy to secure a break room and working conditions Help improve.
