Description of the Related Art A coil unit of this type of induction heating cooker is used for an induction heating type rice cooker for the purpose of finishing cooking deliciously with a strong heating force in a short time. Induction heating heats the pot of magnetic material placed on the induction heating coil by the high-frequency magnetic field generated by the induction heating coil. It is highly efficient, and only the pot heats the cooker body. It does not easily become a problem and does not have the problem of life like a resistance heater, so a large current can be applied. However, the heat generated in the pot tends to be concentrated right above the induction heating coil with a strong magnetic field, and there was a problem of uneven heating as the larger current was applied. Especially in the induction heating type rice cooker, the rice and water in the inner pot are heated to make rice, but it is very difficult for convection to occur. There was a problem that it was easy to get rice.

It can be seen that the heated part of the inner pot is dispersed. Further, as a structure for holding the induction heating coil in the main body, there is a structure in which a molded induction heating coil is sandwiched and held by main body constituent parts such as a protective frame bottom and a coil base, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1-276583. Has been invented.

Generally, this manufacturing method involves winding the wire around a reel-shaped winding jig, winding the inner circumference of the induction heating coil, and then reassembling the jig. To wind up. After that, the wires are glued together so that the wound wires do not separate and the coil shape does not collapse. The bonding is generally performed by applying a resin to the electric wire itself, allowing a large current to flow therethrough to generate heat, melting the resin, and cooling the resin to cure it. After the bonding is completed, the jig is disassembled and the induction heating coil whose molding has been completed is taken out. The induction heating coil formed by the above procedure is sandwiched and held between the components in the process of assembling the cooker body.

In the process of forming the induction heating coil, it takes much time and labor to assemble and disassemble the jig, resulting in a high cost. In addition, since the formed induction heating coil is divided into the inner peripheral portion and the outer peripheral portion, there is a problem that the coil shape is deformed during transportation and storage until assembly of the main body, and stable heating performance cannot be obtained. Further, there is a problem that unless the inner peripheral portion and the outer peripheral portion of the induction heating coil are positioned, the heating distribution is varied and the performance of the induction heating cooker is greatly affected.

The section is equipped with an induction heating coil with a dense winding of the wire and a coarse winding of the middle section, and the wire is tightly packed in the induction heating cooker coil unit that applies high-frequency current to the induction heating coil for induction heating. A plurality of arc-shaped plate-shaped spacers are interposed between the inner peripheral portion and the outer peripheral portion of the wound induction heating coil to form the intermediate coil rough portion of the induction heating coil. This spacer is a bendable resin. Are formed separately and joined so as to open in the diameter expansion direction by separate bodies or joints, and each divided spacer is provided with a convex portion for positioning, and each reel corresponds to each convex portion. Insert a guide groove into the insert guide groove when inserting the spacer into the insert guide groove of the reel, and position the spacer so that the protrusion of the spacer catches on the end of the insert guide groove. The electric wire was wound to form the outer peripheral portion of the induction heating coil.

できる。As described above, in the induction heating coil, the electric wire is tightly wound on the center side in the reel portion so that the inner peripheral portion is inserted into the outer peripheral portion of the circular arc plate-shaped spacer. The central rough part and the outer peripheral part are formed by tightly winding the electric wires on the outer side of the plurality of spacers, and the induction heating cooking having the double-structure induction heating coil can be easily performed without using a winding jig. The coil unit of the cooker is formed, and in the assembly process of the induction heating cooker main body, it can be directly formed without performing an assembly work for holding the induction heating coil or carrying and storing only the induction heating coil.

-2 before starting winding, the convex portion 16- of the spacer 8-1
If only 1 is inserted into the insertion guide groove portion 13-1 of the coil base 5, when the reel portion 6 is rotated and the outer peripheral portion 7-2 of the induction heating coil 7 is started to be wound, the convex portion 16- of the spacer 8-1 1 is located at the end of the insertion guide groove portion 13-1 of the coil base 5 by being biased by the electric wire 15, and at the same time the spacer 8
The convex portion 16-2 of -2 has a shape such that it is biased by the electric wire 15 and is inserted into the insertion guide groove portion 13-2 of the coil base 5, and likewise when the reel portion 6 is further rotated to wind the electric wire. The convex portion 16-3 of the spacer 8-3 is also inserted into the insertion guide groove portion 13-3 of the coil base 5. This means that the spacer 8 is divided into a plurality of parts, and the joint parts 8-4 and 8-5 are provided between them.
This is one of the effects of making it possible to bend.

The electric wire 15 is taken out from the electric wire take-out portion 111 of FIG. 5, and the electric wire 15 is attached to the reel portion 106 configured by screwing the protective frame bottom portion 103 and the coil base 105 by the number of turns of the inner peripheral portion 7-1 of the induction heating coil 7. Wind up. Next, the convex portion 116 of the spacer 108 is pushed into the window portion 114 using the insertion guide groove portion 113 of the coil base 105 as a guide. In this state, the convex portion 116 of the spacer 108 is free to move within a range other than the area where the inner peripheral portion 7-1 of the induction heating coil 7 of the window portion 114 of the coil base 105 is wound (FIG. 9).

2 starts to be wound, the convex portion 116 of the spacer 8 is urged by the electric wire 15 toward the inner peripheral side of the window 114 in the winding direction of the electric wire 15, and as shown in FIG. The protrusion 116 located outside -1 is positioned so as to be caught by the window 114. When the electric wire 15 is further wound, the spacer 108 becomes the inner peripheral portion 7 of the induction heating coil 7.
It becomes a ring shape on the outer peripheral side of -1, and serves as a core for winding the outer peripheral portion 7-2 of the induction heating coil 7. Thereafter, similarly to the above-described embodiment, the wire 15 is rotated by the number of turns of the outer peripheral portion 7-2 of the induction heating coil 7 so as to be hooked on the wire fixing portion 112.
Take out and fix. After that, a large current is applied to the wound electric wire 15 to heat the electric wire 15 to melt the resin previously applied to the electric wire 15, cool the resin, and cure the resin to complete the coil unit.

The intermediate coil rough portion is configured, and this spacer is formed of a bendable resin, and is configured so that it is joined so as to open in the radial expansion direction by a separate body or a joint portion,
Equipped with a convex part for positioning, an insertion guide groove is provided between the outer periphery of the reel part and a proper place in the central part, and when a spacer is attached to the rough part of the intermediate coil of the heating coil, the convex part of the spacer is inserted in the insertion guide groove part of the reel part. Since the protrusions of the spacers are positioned so that the protrusions of the spacers are hooked on the end of the insertion guide groove or the window provided on the reel, the wire is wound on the outside to form the outer peripheral portion of the induction heating coil. Since a winding jig is not required, there is no need to disassemble the jig after molding, and the coil unit wound with the induction heating coil is incorporated into the main body as it is. Since there is no step of assembling into the bottom of the protective frame, the number of assembly steps can be greatly reduced.

Costs and storage space can also be saved. As described above, there is an effect that the coil unit of the induction heating cooker which is inexpensive and has high quality can be provided to the consumer.
