However, in the material of the sliding contact piece used for the agitator of the floor nozzle as described above,
Since the elongation is low and it is brittle, cracks occur at the end of the sliding contact piece, and because the friction coefficient is high, slippage with the carpet surface is bad, so if you leave the floor nozzle operating on the carpet, There was a defect in terms of durability and performance such as abrasion or damage to the hair.

As another material for improving strength,
Although chloroprene rubber and the like were examined, in this case, there are various problems such as carbon black filled for rubber reinforcement stains the floor surface black. Therefore, as a countermeasure for this, a finely dispersed ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid metal salt was used in a hydrogenated unsaturated nitrile conjugated diene copolymer, but the moldability such as poor releasability was poor, and It had the drawback of being extremely expensive. The present invention has solved the above-mentioned conventional problems, and aims to improve the function of the agitator so that it can always be kept good.

The sliding contact piece of the agitator has a large number of projections formed on at least one surface (one surface on the rotation direction side) of the agitator, and the material thereof is a hydrogenated unsaturated nitrile conjugated polymer and a hydrogenated unsaturated nitrile conjugated polymer. Finely dispersed diethylenically unsaturated metal carboxylate of ethylenic carboxylic acid, and polyvinyl chloride 10-50% in medium-high nitrile rubber
(Wt%) Polymer blended rubber, each of the above three materials is blended in a proportion of 10 to 50% (Wt%), and then fluorine resin, silicone rubber, etc. are added, and an organic peroxide vulcanizing agent is added. Since the vulcanizate obtained by vulcanization is used, it has excellent flexibility and impact resilience, so when it comes into contact with the surface to be cleaned, it fits well on the same surface and its surface is squeezed To do. As a result, dust is effectively released from the surface to be cleaned, and the released dust is effectively sucked into the floor nozzle body by the restoring force of the sliding contact piece and the suction force of the electric vacuum cleaner. At this time, the sliding contact piece has a large number of projections at its tip end, and slides while rotating while being pressed against the surface to be cleaned such as a carpet, but the material used is highly wear resistant and heat resistant. Due to the action of talc, fluorine resin, silicone rubber, etc., which are made of a flexible material and are added as a reinforcing agent and a friction coefficient lowering agent, the dust collection performance is reduced, the life is shortened, and the floor is scratched and abraded. It has excellent performance without dirt.

Further, since the hardness of the sliding contact piece is set to 30 to 90 degrees, when contacting the surface to be cleaned, a napping phenomenon occurs in the optimum state on the surface, and the surface is effectively cleaned. Since it works hard, it has the effect of further improving the dust collection performance on the surface to be cleaned.

Furthermore, since a very small amount of a coloring agent such as carbon black is added to make it lightly gray, the floor surface is not stained black and defects such as burning during molding and defects due to dirt are conspicuous. By making it difficult, it also contributes effectively to the reduction of appearance defects.

The sliding piece 35 is a hydrogenated unsaturated nitrile conjugated polymer, a hydrogenated unsaturated nitrile conjugated diene polymer finely dispersed with an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid metal salt, and a medium-high nitrile. Polyvinyl chloride for rubber 1
Rubber blended with 0 to 50% (Wt%) polymer, the above three materials are blended with each other in a proportion of 10 to 50% (Wt%), and then fluorine resin, silicone rubber, etc. are added, and organic peroxide is added. A flexible material made of a vulcanized product obtained by vulcanizing with a system vulcanizing agent is used. Moreover, a large number of protrusions 36 are formed on one surface (side surface in the rotation direction). When the agitator is rotating clockwise as shown in FIG. 5, the sliding contact piece 35 is displaced in the counter-rotational direction when it comes into contact with the surface to be cleaned, and relatively moves to stroke the surface to be cleaned. At this time, the dust is squeezed by the large number of projections 36 and is released from the surface to be cleaned. The free dust is effectively guided into the floor nozzle main body 7 by the repelling action when the sliding contact piece 35 is restored in the diameter direction (due to elasticity and centrifugal force) and the suction force of the electric vacuum cleaner. Here, the sliding contact piece 35 blocks the flow of air from the front when it is in contact with the surface to be cleaned, and promotes that the suction force of the electric vacuum cleaner works intensively and effectively on the surface to be cleaned. . Also, the sliding contact piece 35
Since it has a strip shape, it is possible to prevent tangling of fine dust such as lint.

The sliding contact piece 35 mounted in the longitudinal direction of the outer peripheral surface is a basic component that releases the dust on the surface to be cleaned and gives a repelling action to influence the dust collection performance. When the floor nozzle is used, the agitator rotates at a high speed of 3000 to 4000 rotations, is pressed against the carpet surface, and reciprocates back and forth, which requires durability of 5 years or more. The wear-resistant life of the product must be guaranteed. Therefore, the basic physical properties that can be adopted for sliding contact pieces are: 1. Melt wear resistance is extremely high.

The hydrogenated unsaturated nitrile conjugated polymer of the present invention, a hydrogenated unsaturated nitrile conjugated diene-based polymer in which an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid metal salt is finely dispersed, and a medium-high nitrile rubber containing polyvinyl chloride 10 ~ 50% (Wt
%) Polymer blended rubber, each of the above three materials is blended at a ratio of 10 to 50% (Wt%), and then fluorine resin, silicone rubber, etc. are added and vulcanized with an organic peroxide vulcanizing agent. A flexible material made of a vulcanized product obtained by the above is used. Therefore, since practical strength can be sufficiently satisfied without using carbon black as a reinforcing agent, there is no fear of black stains on the floor surface at all. However, the sliding contact piece is particularly required to have melt wear resistance, and particularly severe usage conditions are required. Therefore, for the purpose of lowering the friction coefficient and imparting a reinforcing effect, a fluorine resin or silicone rubber is added. As a result, the floor nozzle can withstand a life of 5 years or more, and the sliding contact piece can have a durability of 500 hours or more.

In addition, the floor nozzle is of course required to maintain durability, and the dust removal ability especially on the surface to be cleaned is the most important point. Therefore, the function of the sliding contact piece attached to the rotor surface of the agitator is particularly important.

When the sliding contact piece 35 comes into contact with the surface to be cleaned, the sliding contact piece 35 fits well to the surroundings and exerts a squeezing action on the surface.
High elasticity, high creep characteristics and flexibility are required because it is necessary to release the dust from the surface to be cleaned and suck the released dust into the body of the floor nozzle by the restoring force of the sliding contact piece. . Therefore, the hardness is JIS K 630.
1. According to the A-type measurement by the spring hardness meter, the optimum setting is 30 to 90 degrees. On the machined surface, if the appearance is white due to slight burns or stains, it tends to occur, which causes an increase in the defect rate. Therefore, by mixing, for example, 0.05 to 5 parts of carbon black as a coloring pigment for coloring, the floor surface is free from stains and the appearance defect can be significantly reduced. The sliding contact piece 35 of the present invention will be described below.
Table 1 is shown as a compounding example of the molding material of P-180.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, a hydrogenated unsaturated nitrile conjugated diene polymer and a hydrogenated unsaturated nitrile conjugated diene polymer are used as the molding material for the sliding contact piece provided in the longitudinal direction of the rotor peripheral surface of the agitator. Unsaturated nitrile conjugated diene polymer finely dispersed with an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid metal salt, and medium to high nitrile rubber, polyvinyl chloride 10 to 50%
(Wt%) polymer-blended rubber, the above three materials are blended at a ratio of 10 to 50% (Wt%), respectively, and a vulcanized product obtained by vulcanizing with an organic peroxide vulcanizing agent is obtained. As a result, the molding processability can be reduced by 15% in the kneading time during compounding. The releasability at the time of molding was remarkably improved, and in the conventional molding material, it was necessary to apply a mold release agent for each molding, and even then, problems due to mold stains occurred. On the other hand, with the material of this time, it is possible to mold from 50 to 100 shots without any trouble without applying a release agent.

The reason for this is that the hydrogenated unsaturated nitrile conjugated diene-based polymer has a low cross-linking density because it has very few double bonds, and has a high fluidity like thermoplastics.
The hydrogenated unsaturated nitrile conjugated diene polymer in which the metal salt is ultrafinely dispersed in the rubber has a high affinity with the mold and a low cohesive force because it flows densely into the uneven surface of the mold. It is thought that this is because of the close contact with the mold. On the other hand, in the present invention, since a blended product of a medium-high nitrile rubber and a polyvinyl chloride resin is added as a molding material, the crosslink density is high, and the vulcanization progresses slightly faster at the diene bond portion. While being molded, the mold releasability is improved. Also, in terms of material cost, a blended product of low-cost medium-high nitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride resin is used, which makes it possible to greatly contribute to cost reduction. It has been proved that no wear resistance and no decrease in friction coefficient were observed, and that no trouble was caused as a material for sliding contact pieces.

Next, the hardness of the sliding contact piece is 30 to 90 degrees (JIS
K 6301, spring hardness tester A type), when contacted with the surface to be cleaned, a familiar phenomenon occurs in the optimum condition on the surface, and the surface is effectively squeezed and the surface to be cleaned is removed. Dust is released, and the released dust makes it easier to work in the floor nozzle body by the restoring force of the sliding piece, which greatly contributes to the improvement of dust collection efficiency.
Further, by adding 0.05 to 3% of carbon black to the sliding contact piece and slightly coloring it, the effect of significantly reducing the appearance defect such as burning at the time of processing without causing stains on the floor surface is imparted. It is possible. From the above results, it has become possible to provide a floor nozzle for an electric vacuum cleaner, which has high durability and high dust collection property and is excellent in workability.
