ともに、前記モデム信号を受信し前記ＩＤコ−ドを基に
地上系通信網を介して後記信用情報デ−タベ−スへ信用
調査を行い該信用情報デ−タベ−スからの信用調査結果
に基いて前記ＩＤコ−ドと番組指定コ−ドを用いて特定
の視聴者に対して特定の番組のスクランブル解除信号を
送出する機能及び番組提供者から提供された番組をスク
ランブル化して送出する機能を有する衛星放送地球局
と、該衛星放送地球局からの信号を中継する衛星装置
と、前記ＩＤコ−ドを基に信用調査を行う信用情報デ−
タベ−スとを備えたことを特徴とする有料衛星放送シス
