As the substrate of the main shelf board 1, common wooden substrates such as plywood, particle board, hard board, MDF, LVL are mainly used. One side surface, which is the front surface of the substrate, is cut into an R shape or is formed into a linear shape. As the decorative sheet, a flexible sheet such as a vinyl chloride resin sheet or decorative paper is usually used, and the decorative sheet and the substrate are usually attached using an acrylic resin emulsion adhesive or the like. As a method of applying makeup to the substrate, a method of attaching a decorative material for an edge or the like can be adopted, and the method is not particularly limited. The dimensions of the main shelf board 1 are such that it can accommodate a closet with a depth of 900 mm and that it can be hung and stored for clothes.
About 600 mm, the length is to be passed over the side walls facing each other in the space part such as a closet, so it is 1,800 to 3,000 mm to accommodate the frontage of 1 to 2 mm, and the thickness is from the viewpoint of strength.
It needs about 10 to 50 mm. A plurality of rows of dowel holes 2 are formed on the back surface of the main shelf plate 1 in parallel with each other in the length direction at predetermined intervals. The dowel holes 2 are used to fix the partition plate 4 mounted between the back surface of the main shelf 1 and the surface of the floor 3. Therefore, the distance between the dowel holes 2 is determined in advance by calculating a size at which the drawer 6 can be placed between the attached partition plates 4. For example, if the width of the drawer 6 is set according to the size of the stored item, there are usually two types, one for 560 mm and one for 420 mm. Therefore, the length of the main shelf 1 is 1,820m for one space
When m, 70mm-420mm-140mm from the edge of the main shelf 1
7 dowel holes 2 are formed at intervals of -280mm-140mm-420mm. When the length of the main shelf board 1 is 2,730mm, 105mm-280mm-140mm-420mm-140mm- 280 mm-
Eleven dowel holes 2 are formed in parallel in the length direction of the main shelf board 1 at intervals of 280 mm-140 mm-420 mm-140 mm-280 mm.
The plurality of dowel holes 2 are formed in parallel with the length direction of the main shelf board 1 so as to ensure the fixing of the partition plate 4, and the width of 250 mm and 445 mm for the main shelf board 1 having a width of 600 mm. This is because the partition plate 4 can be fixed by the common dowel hole 2. Therefore, at least three rows of dowel holes 2 are formed at positions of 30 mm, 180 mm, and 360 mm from the linear one end surface of the main shelf board 1 having a width of 600 mm.

In the embodiment, a plywood having a width of 600 mm, a length of 1,820 mm and a thickness of 30 mm is used as a substrate, and one side surface which is the front surface thereof is cut into an R shape. Then, apply an acrylic resin emulsion emulsion adhesive to the back surface of a dark oak-colored soft vinyl chloride sheet with a thickness of 0.2 mm, dry it appropriately, and then straighten from the straight edge of the substrate surface to the back surface. The decorative sheet was adhered by winding the decorative sheet even up to the end portions, and a decorative plate material with three-sided makeup was obtained. Then, 70 mm-420 mm-1 from the edge of the wood mouth on the back of the decorative board material.
Seven dowel holes 2 were formed in three rows parallel to the length direction at intervals of 40 mm-280 mm-280 mm-140 mm-420 mm to obtain a main shelf board 1.
