は、巻寿司へ巻き付ける長手方向へは裂けにくいが、巻
寿司（４）に沿う幅方向には裂け目が容易に入る合成樹
脂フィルムにて形成され、巻方向に沿う側縁の略中央に
は引き裂き案内用の切欠（12）が施されている巻寿司包
装シート。1. A rolled sushi packaging sheet in which a sheet-shaped food product (3) is sandwiched between one outer film (1) and a pair of inner films (2) and (2a). Is difficult to tear in the longitudinal direction of winding on sushi rolls, but is formed of a synthetic resin film that easily has tears in the width direction along the sushi rolls (4), and is torn at the approximate center of the side edge along the winding direction. の切欠（12）が施されており、前記一対の内フィルム
（２）（2a）の重合部（20）が巻寿司（４）の軸方向に
