And
This colored stainless cold-rolled steel sheet is originally made of stainless steel with good corrosion resistance, and unlike the coating coloring on the surface, the surface of the stainless steel can be seen, and the background has a color tone that is fully utilized and the angle of view and light It is being sold as a high-grade colored stainless steel design steel sheet that has a chemically colored cured film that changes its color tone.

The coloring principle of this chemical coloring method is that in a coloring liquid in a coloring tank that stores a coloring liquid composed of a mixed acid of sulfuric acid and chromic acid or chromate,
While continuously immersing the stainless steel strip in the coloring liquid through the semi-immersion roll on the entry side where a part of it is immersed, by oxidizing the surface layer of the stainless steel sheet, it is possible to form a film with a thickness of several thousand angstroms mainly composed of oxides of Fe and Cr. The purpose is to form a thick oxide film, that is, a thin transparent chemical coloring film, and to develop a color by the interference action of the reflected light from the surface of the oxide film and the reflected light from the interface between the oxide film and the metal base.

In addition to being required to have excellent strength, etc., the product is used in parts that are always visible to the human eye, and the quality of the product is evaluated visually, so not only is the appearance visually beautiful, Using the stainless steel material, the property that does not make human eyes feel dazzling and does not give fatigue due to the dazzling property (anti-glare property), and conversely to the description of the colored stainless steel design steel plate described above. However, it does not make the material feel, that is, it cannot distinguish what the material is, it is not very noticeable even if dirt or dust adheres to the surface, and it can be easily washed even if it adheres (cleanability ) Etc. are required to be excellent.

Since this surface is seen through, there is no reflection on the surface, antiglare properties are imparted, the material cannot be discriminated, and it is possible to obtain a design steel plate with no gloss and a deep aesthetic color tone. The degree of dulling, that is, the surface roughness, of the surface of the cold-rolled steel sheet of the material from which sufficient antiglare property is obtained can be obtained from FIG. FIG. 1 shows a colored stainless cold-rolled steel sheet in which the coloring film is formed on the surface of a material which has no directionality and is dull-processed to have various surface roughnesses, according to its antiglare property.
B, C (A>B> C, where A is the passing level) are divided into ranks, the vertical axis indicates surface roughness, the horizontal axis indicates A, B, C ranks, and the corresponding number of points is plotted. It is shown. It is understood from FIG. 1 that the anti-glare property of pass rank A and the like are all given when the surface roughness is 4 μm or more. If the surface roughness is high, it is not so. From the viewpoint of providing a glossy and deep color tone, the observation result is 15 μm or less, preferably 12 μm or less. When the surface roughness is extremely increased, the color tone in one steel sheet may lack uniformity, which is not suitable as a design steel sheet, and conversely, the antiglare property may disappear.

Light rolling is performed under specific conditions before passing through the continuous continuous chemical color development hardening process, which has been performed through the usual manufacturing processes of ordinary cold-rolled stainless steel such as annealing pickling.

The rolling condition is shown in FIG. 3, which is carried out for dulling to a roughness of Rz 4 to 12 μm. FIG. 3 shows a rolled work roll having a surface roughness dulled to a non-directional ten-point average roughness Rz of 10 to 25 μm in order to obtain a cold-rolled steel strip material having such a dulled surface roughness. It indicates that the material may be rolled with a light reduction (0.1 to 0.6%).

It is said that if the surface roughness of the stainless steel exceeds 2 μm, the physical properties may be deteriorated depending on the treatment method. However, as will be described later, the present invention has a surface roughness of about 12 to 15 μm. It can be used up to roughness.

It is desirable that the raw material is continuously surface-polished by a polishing endless belt before the annealing pickling after the cold rolling in the previous step so that the material is chemically colored and hardened.

After that, the material is commercialized without performing the annealing treatment, so that the raw material is processed and hardened to be the product. The commercialized colored stainless cold-rolled steel strip or colored stainless steel cold-rolled steel sheet is subjected to forming such as bending, but if a hard product that is still work hardened against this processing is unsatisfactory, this light It is desirable to anneal the cold-rolled steel strip, which is a raw material, to a soft material having a grain size of 5 or less specified in JIS G0551 and G0552 in an annealing pickling step before rolling.

It is preferable to use a temper rolling mill incorporating a rolling work roll having a relatively large diameter and having the surface roughness dulled, for the reason that it can be made even better.

Next, cold rolling was performed, and annealing pickling was performed to remove work hardening and rolling strain caused by this rolling and improve the material. This annealing pickling uses a catenary annealing furnace that is an atmospheric anneal, and the pickling uses a mechanical oxide scale crushing removal means such as a scale breaker or shot blast, and electrolytic pickling using an electrolyte of acid or salt. It was carried out by a method that requires a low running cost, such as chemical oxide scale removal means such as a molten salt or pickling with various acids.

As a result, it was possible to obtain a colored stainless cold-rolled steel strip having a color-developing film having a dark red color tone as desired without any color unevenness.
