ア線の絶縁剥離作業をはぶき、組立ての容易な安価な信
頼性の高いコモンモードチョークコイルとすることが出

なるコモンモードチョークコイルにおいて、上面に設け
たコイル収納凹部と、該コイル収納凹部底面から両側側
面中央の案内柱の両側に下方に底面に達する巻線の引き
出し線を挿通する案内溝と、該案内溝内に案内溝の方向
に直交し側面を向く刃を有するナイフ状のピン端子の他
端に設けたかみこみ部と、底面に両側面に取りつけたケ
ース側板の下部に設けた係止凸部に嵌合する係止凹部と
からなるケース本体と、ケース本体の両側にケース本体
の上部で一体に接続し前記ケース本体の両側面に密着し
下端にケース本体の係止凹部に嵌合する係止凸部を有す
るケース側板とからなるケースの、前記ケース本体のコ
イル収納凹部にコモンモードコイルを収納し、巻線の引
き出し線を案内溝に沿い引き下げ、係止凹部に嵌合固定
したケース側板により巻線の引き出し線の一部をピン端
子他端のかみこみ部に噛み込ませ固定して後、ケース本
体とケース側板とを半田槽に浸漬して引き出し線とかみ
こみ部とを半田接続してなることを特徴とするコモンモ
ードチョークコイル。
