(Prior Art) Conventionally, radioactive waste treatment equipment not only incinerates combustible radioactive miscellaneous solid wastes such as polyethylene and waste, but also uses hand-washing water, shower water after use in the facility, Alternatively, it is necessary to treat radioactive waste liquid such as floor drain, and therefore, it is necessary to provide a treatment facility for waste liquid in addition to an incinerator for treating miscellaneous solid waste. However, providing a separate treatment facility for waste liquid requires extra labor for transferring the generated waste liquid to the device, and also imposes a large economic burden on the equipment investment, and also the equipment operation However, there is a drawback that it is troublesome in operation and management.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks and incinerates radioactive solid waste and radioactive waste liquid simultaneously and efficiently without providing a dedicated treatment facility for radioactive liquid waste. It was completed for the purpose of providing a method for incinerating radioactive waste that can be treated.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention made to solve the above problems includes a regulating valve near a waste liquid burner provided in the upper part of an incinerator for radioactive miscellaneous solid waste, and a low-concentration radioactive substance. While radioactive liquid waste is forcibly circulated between the waste liquid tank that collects the liquid waste liquid and the sludge in the pipe at a flow velocity that does not cause sedimentation, a part of the liquid liquid is injected from the liquid waste burner into the furnace in the form of a spray to produce radioactive miscellaneous solids. It is characterized by co-firing with waste in a furnace.

以下、実施例に基き本発明を詳細に説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on Examples.

(Example) The drawing is a diagram showing an example of a radioactive waste incineration processing apparatus, in which (1) shows an incinerator for radioactive solid waste, (2) shows a waste liquid burner, and (3) shows a waste liquid tank. There is. The incinerator (1) is equipped with a throwing machine (4) for throwing miscellaneous solid waste into the ceiling, and a radioactive waste liquid containing sludge is sprayed into the furnace along with combustion air at the upper part of the furnace wall. It has a waste liquid burner (2) which is burned by burning. It is preferable that the waste liquid burner (2) is inclined toward the furnace wall of the incinerator (1) by about 45 ° toward the hearth. The waste liquid burner (2) has a structure in which a predetermined amount of combustion air is supplied, and a waste liquid tank in which a low concentration of radioactive waste liquid is collected via the adjusting valve (5) and the pump (6). (3)
It is connected to the. The regulating valve (5) is provided near the waste liquid burner (2) as shown.

On the other hand, a forced circulation line (7) is provided between the waste liquid tank (3) and the regulating valve (5) to keep the flow velocity in the pipe constant, and sludge settles in the forced line (7). The radioactive liquid waste is circulated at a flow velocity in the pipe.

An exhaust gas outlet (8) is formed in the upper part of the incinerator (1), and the exhaust gas outlet (8) is a ceramic filter (9) for removing dust of combustion exhaust gas generated in the incinerator, a cooling device ( 10), connected to the exhaust gas filter (11) consisting of high-performance particle filters, and finally connected to the exhaust gas blower (12). In this embodiment, an exhaust gas auxiliary blower (13) is provided as a spare in parallel with the exhaust gas blower (12).

(Operation) In the radioactive waste incineration processing method of the present invention, first, the radioactive miscellaneous solid waste is charged from the preheating injection device (4) of the incinerator (1) to start combustion. On the other hand, by opening the adjusting valve (5) to a predetermined amount, a certain amount of radioactive waste liquid containing sludge is sprayed from the waste liquid burner (2) together with combustion air into the furnace and drops inside the furnace. Since evaporation and drying proceed in the meantime, miscellaneous solid waste and radioactive waste liquid are efficiently mixed in the incinerator (1) in a completely combusted state.

In this case, a waste liquid tank (3) that collects waste liquid
A forced circulation line (7) is provided in the section between the waste liquid burner (2) and the regulating valve (5) provided near the waste liquid burner (2).
From the waste liquid tank (3), the pump (6) always supplies radioactive waste liquid to the waste liquid burner (2) at a pressure slightly higher than the set value of the adjustment valve (5), and at the same time it is throttled by the adjustment valve (5). The radioactive waste liquid that has not been supplied to the waste liquid burner (2) is returned to the waste liquid tank (3) through the forced circulation line (7). Therefore, the flow velocity in the pipe in the forced circulation line (7) is always maintained at a constant velocity, and the sludge in the radioactive waste liquid is completely prevented from settling in the pipe. The setting of the flow velocity in the pipe where the sludge does not settle can be easily adjusted by changing the set values of the adjusting valve (5) and the pump (6).
On the other hand, the combustion exhaust gas generated by the co-firing of the above-mentioned miscellaneous solid waste and waste liquid is sequentially sent to the ceramic filter (9), the cooling device (10) and the exhaust gas filter (11) through the exhaust gas outlet (8), and is completely discharged. The dust will be released into the atmosphere by the exhaust gas blower (12).

(Effects of the Invention) As is apparent from the above description, in the present invention, radioactive miscellaneous solid waste and radioactive waste liquid containing sludge can be incinerated at the same time and efficiently in one furnace. There is no need to separately provide equipment or carry radioactive waste liquid, and it is possible to completely prevent sludge settling in the pipe in the section between the waste liquid burner and the waste liquid tank and to withstand long-time incineration treatment. Therefore, the present invention greatly contributes to the development of industry by providing an unprecedented novel method for incineration of radioactive waste.
