By the way, the trolley duct is arranged along, for example, an electric product inspection line in a factory and supplies electricity to an electric device which is automatically conveyed. If it is carried out by a chain conveyor, the chain may stretch and sag due to long-term use. In such a case, it may hinder the transportation of the equipment, so the chain is re-stretched by extending the entire length of the equipment transportation rail. It is necessary to extend the length according to the elongation of the chain. However, the above-mentioned cannot separate a plurality of connected duct main bodies from each other to extend the entire length, and duct bodies of different lengths must be prepared in advance and replaced appropriately. There was a problem of not becoming.

Further, a duct main body 23 for length adjustment as shown in FIG. 13, that is, one having an expansion / contraction part 24 so that the axial length can be changed is inserted in the middle of a plurality of duct main bodies to be connected. If it is set, it is possible to adjust the total length. However, since it is difficult to expand and contract the conductor, the duct body 23 does not accommodate the conductor. Therefore, when the trolley passes through the duct main body 23, electricity is not supplied to the electric device, and in the case of a device equipped with a microcomputer or the like, there is a problem that an unplanned reset is performed and a problem occurs.

The adjustment of the entire length when a plurality of duct bodies 1 of the trolley duct are connected will be described. First, the plurality of duct bodies 1 are usually closely connected by the connecting fittings 12. Next, if it becomes necessary to extend the entire length from the slack of the chain conveyor,
After loosening the nut 11 of 7, the duct body 1 is displaced so as to be separated from each other in the axial direction. Then, the nut of the hanging metal fitting is tightened again to fix the duct body. At this time, by changing the number of duct bodies 1 to be displaced, the entire length can be made as required.

It is needless to say that the displacement amount of the duct main body must be set so that the trolley does not drop out from the gap when the duct bodies are separated from each other and the contact between the trolley and the conductor is maintained. is there. Further, the trolley duct of the present invention can be used by connecting with a conventional trolley duct. Further, the connecting fitting is not limited to the one including the side plate and the fixing plate, and for example, the duct body may be connected and fixed only by the side plate. Further, the hanging metal fitting may be, for example, one formed by bending an iron plate in a U-shape, or may be formed by connecting iron plates bent in an L-shape.

In addition to the effect of claim 1 or 2, the trolley duct according to claim 3 has an end portion of one conductor and an end portion of the other conductor which are adjacent to each other in the axial direction when two duct bodies are connected. Since a step is unlikely to occur between them, the current collector provided in the trolley passing through the connection portion and the conductor can be brought into contact with each other smoothly.
