A plurality of sets of the double body units are concentrically connected to each other so that each step of the washing work can be automatically or semi-automatically performed. And, a plurality of sets of double-barrel units are arranged in a row and are functionally connected, but in terms of support of gravity load and transmission of rotational power, each double-barrel unit is independent, Moreover, since the member for the support structure and the member for the drive system are separate bodies, the structure of the entire washing machine device is complicated. The complicated structure not only increases the manufacturing cost by making the entire device large and heavy, but also increases the factors that cause troubles, lowers operational reliability, and makes maintenance and inspection difficult. Reduce sex.

In practicing the present invention, if the number of double-barrel units installed is N, N is at least 3. That is, N is 3 or an integer of 3 or more. Out of the above N double cylinders, the outer cylinders of the N-2 cylinders except one at each end are integrally connected to form one outer cylinder 1.
As a result, there is no risk of liquid leakage from the seam of the outer shell in the portion corresponding to the N-2 double shell units. The two passive wheels 3 are located on both outer sides of the outer body 1 in which the N-2 double body units are connected.
a and 3b are arranged and are concentrically attached to the inner case. Each of these two passive wheels 3a, 3b is
It is supported by two drive wheels 6 and 6. These drive wheels are rotated by the motor 7 while supporting the gravity load of the inner case, and the inner case is rotated through the passive wheels by friction transmission. In this way, since the member for supporting the inner case and the member for driving the inner case are used in common, the structure is simple, and the structure is small, lightweight and inexpensive. As shown in FIG. 1A, a drive wheel 6 that supports and drives the passive wheel 3 b and a drive wheel 6 ′ that supports and drives the passive wheel 3 a include a drive wheel shaft 8 It is connected to one axis by. With this structure, the transmission system is simplified and the number of drive motors 7 required is small. Furthermore, in the conventional example, a chain or a gear was used as a transmission member for driving the inner case by a motor,
On the other hand, in this embodiment, since the frictional transmission between the ring-shaped members is utilized, the structure is simple and the operation is quiet.

FIG. 5 is a process diagram in the case where the continuous tunnel type washing machine of the above embodiment is reciprocally rotated to perform a washing operation. Same figure (A)
Represents the neutral state. As shown in (B), it is rotated clockwise about 120 ° in the figure, and after returning to the state shown in (C), the state is continuously passed, and then it is rotated in the counterclockwise direction as shown in (D).
Rotate 0 °. (A) → (B) → (C) → (D)
→ (A) → (B) → (C) → (D) → (A) ... Repeated 120 ° left and right rotations, the washing liquid level 12 in the tub is wavy but always inside the tub. Is located below, and the item to be washed is swung to the left and right, stirred, and washed. Reference numeral 10 is a crosspiece for enhancing the stirring effect. When the desired washing effect is obtained, the laundry 13 is continuously rotated in the direction of arrow a as shown in (D) → (E) → (F), and the article to be washed 13 is sent out as shown by arrow b.
As shown in FIG. 5, since the inner body 2 is reciprocally rotated or continuously rotated while controlling the attitude, the present embodiment is configured to
A sensor (not shown) for detecting the rotational angle position of the motor is provided to control the rotation of the motor 7 (see FIG. 1). With this configuration, the driving method 2 can be implemented without being bothered by the occurrence of slippage due to frictional transmission between the drive wheel 6 and the passive wheels 3a and 3b. The swing angle when performing this type of swing washing is not limited to 120 ° on the left and 120 ° on the right (a total of 240 °) as in the above-described embodiment.
A suitable angle less than 0 ° can be selected. The inner case 1 is reciprocally rotated or continuously rotated as described above, but the outer case 1 is fixed to the base 9 and does not rotate. In the prior art, gear drive or chain (sprocket) drive was used for rotational drive of the inner cylinder, but the present invention employs frictional drive of rollers to greatly simplify the mechanical structure. However, slippage accompanies friction transmission. In the first operation method, the occurrence of slippage does not cause any other trouble. In the second operation method, the above-mentioned sensor is provided to control the rotation of the motor, so that the problem of slippage can be eliminated.
