Configuration of Conventional Example and Problems There are various types of ear speakers conventionally configured to attach a speaker to the auricle and listen to sound from the speaker, and are classified according to how the speaker is attached to the auricle. There is one. First, there is a so-called headphone configured to press and hold the speaker unit against the auricle by the elasticity of the headband. However, in this headphone, a large pressure is applied on the auricle in the temporal region, and it is difficult to wear the headphone for a long time. In addition, due to the structure in which the speaker unit is placed on the auricle to listen to the sound, a space is created between the entrance of the external auditory meatus and the speaker unit, and the volume of the air chamber becomes large, and the acoustic energy radiated from the speaker unit is very small. It is not very efficient because the part is only supplied to the ear canal. In addition, the function of the air chamber as an acoustic circuit and the reflection on the surface of the speaker unit and the auricle also affect the acoustic characteristics, which complicates the design in terms of sound quality determination, making it difficult to combine the products. It was also a cause.

In addition, there is an earphone that inserts an earplug that functions as an acoustic tube into the ear canal. However, the wearability is unstable and easy to come off, and if it is desired to hold it firmly, the earplug must be strongly inserted into the ear canal, which is also unbearable for long-time wearing. In addition, since the structure emits sound through the acoustic tube, there is a drawback that it is difficult to improve the acoustic characteristics.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the ear speaker of the present invention has a case in which a case containing a speaker unit is mounted on the diaphragm side of the speaker unit so that the case can be attached to the hollow portion of the concha of the auricle. By forming the first sound hole group, which has a spherical shape and emits the sound from the diaphragm, at a position deviated from the tip of the central axis of the hemispherical surface, these first sound hole groups are not attached when mounted. The sound generated by the diaphragm located at the entrance to the ear canal is efficiently emitted from the sound hole to the external auditory meatus with directivity. By providing the second sound hole group around the side surface of the hemisphere, The feature is that the extra sound other than being directly radiated to the external ear canal is released to the outside of the auricle, so that it is compact and has a wide-band frequency characteristic.

Description of Embodiments FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of an ear speaker of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view seen from above together with a part of the auricle broken when the ear speaker is attached to the auricle. Is. In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a magnetic circuit, which has a magnetic gap and a boil coil arranged in the magnetic gap. The plate 2 is vibrated. Magnetic circuit 1
Together with the diaphragm 2, the whole is called a speaker unit.
The speaker unit is built in a case composed of a rear case 3 and a front case 4. The front case 4 is formed in a hemispherical shape in front of the diaphragm 2. A first sound hole group 5 is formed in the front case 4 at a position outside the point A where the central axis B 1 intersects the spherical surface, that is, the point A at the tip. In other words, the first sound hole group 5 is formed on the hemispherical surface so as to concentrate around the axis B 2 forming a certain angle with respect to the central axis B 1 from the center of the spherical surface. Further, the case 4 has a second sound hole group 6 formed around the side surface of the spherical surface close to the diaphragm 2.

The ear speaker having the above-described structure is attached to the auricle shown in FIG. 3, but the auricle has a recessed portion which is the concha space b immediately before the entrance of the external auditory meatus (ear canal) a, and the occipital region side. Has spread. Further, there is an tragus c at the base of the temporal region, and an antitragus d is located where the tragus c and the concha cavity b are sandwiched. Finally, the tragus c and the antitragus d are used to connect the ear canal and the ear. The concha space b is covered. The tragus c, antitragus d, concha cavity b
Is mainly formed by cartilage, and they are wrapped with a surface tissue such as skin with surface elasticity, and have a bending elastic force as a whole.

Therefore, when the above-mentioned ear speaker is inserted into the concha space b of the auricle and mounted, the tip A of the front case 4 contacts the wall surface of the concha space b and has a certain angle from the center of the sphere. Axis B 2
The entrance of the ear canal a is located in the vicinity of the intersection of the spherical surface and the spherical surface. By providing this axis B 2 , the first sound hole group 5 can be aligned with the entrance of the ear canal a. As a result, the sound from the diaphragm 2 can be sent to the entrance of the ear canal a with directivity. Furthermore, since the second sound hole group 6 provided around the spherical side surface of the front case 4 near the diaphragm 2 is a spherical radius, it is positioned inside the outermost diameter of the front case 4, Since there is little contact with the wall surfaces of the tragus c and the antitragus d, and the parietal cavity b is open in the parietal direction, the sound emitted from the second sound hole group is likely to come out of the auricle. As a result, the sound generated by the diaphragm 2 other than the sound supplied from the sound hole group 5 to the entrance of the external auditory meatus a, that is, the sound reflected in the spherical surface of the front case 4 and the directional characteristic of the axis B 2 . The more deviated sound can be efficiently released to the outside of the auricle by the second sound hole group 6, and a wide frequency band flat frequency characteristic can be obtained. On the contrary, the sound around the listener is also second to some extent.
Since it enters from the sound hole group 6, the conversation and surrounding sounds can be heard,
It is also beneficial for safety. Furthermore, as described above, when the ear speaker of the present embodiment is inserted into the concha of the ear b and mounted, the wall surface of the concha of the ear b hits the vicinity of the point A of the spherical surface of the tip, and a feeling of hit is obtained because of the spherical shape. It is soft and does not need to be covered with a commonly used porous elastic material (typically urethane foam is used) for this contact portion, and there is an advantage that the sound transmission is improved.

It should be noted that it is conceivable to provide the first sound hole group 5 on the entire tip surface of the front case 4 having a hemispherical shape, but as described above, the spherical tip portion hits the wall surface of the concha cavity b, If there is a hole here, the contact feeling is not good, and since the sound hole approaches the vicinity of the entrance of the external auditory meatus a, the directional characteristics deteriorate.

When the ear speaker according to the present embodiment described above is inserted into the concha of the ear and inserted into the concha of the ear, it is almost held due to the depression of the concha of the ear, but the holding is further ensured. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, it is attached to the tip of the conventional headband 10 via the protrusion (7 in FIG. 2) on the bottom of the ear speaker 11 of this embodiment, and the elastic force of the headband 10 is applied to the top. There is a method to apply pressure to the head side. In this way, when the ear speakers 11 are attached to both ends of the headband 10, the lateral pressure of the headband 10 is auxiliary, and therefore, it is natural that the pressure may be less than the pressure of the conventional headphones.

As another dimension to ensure the holding in the mounted state, as shown in FIG. 5, a pad 12 made of a ring-shaped porous elastic material (urethane foam or the like) is adhered to the side surface and the bottom surface of the rear case 3 as shown in FIG. A method of doing it is also possible. Pad like this
When 12 is provided, the pad 12 hits the tragus c and the antitragus d when the ear speaker is inserted and mounted in the concha space b of the auricle,
As described above, since the tragus c and the antitragus d have elasticity,
The pressure is applied in synergy with the elasticity of the pad 12, and the attachment holding force is improved.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION As described above, according to the present invention, the front surface portion has a hemispherical shape so that the case in which the speaker unit is built can be attached to the recess of the concha of the auricle, and the first sound hole group is formed. The sound from the diaphragm can be efficiently sent to the entrance of the ear canal with directivity by concentrating on a spherical surface centered on an axis deviated from the central axis by a certain angle. Furthermore, by forming a second sound hole group around the side surface of the spherical surface close to the diaphragm, unnecessary sound can be efficiently released to the outside of the auricle,
Therefore, it is possible to realize a small-sized ear speaker having a wide band and flat frequency characteristics.
